New Audi A6

Surely, the competition has been working on a number of upgrades that would primarily be a facelift. However, the all new Audi A6 could be the one to take the show. Possibly the best looking car, with not just revamped looks, but boasting of a number of innovative technologies; the Audi A6 is expected to shy out its rivals.

Not only would the new A6 come with a longer wheelbase which would give it the true A6 character having more than enough legroom and boot space, it is also expected to be with fitted with more aluminum parts than its earlier version making it lighter to about 80 kilos than its predecessor.

With the exterior lighting of the A6 being LED clusters throughout, the appeal of the car has been enhanced a notch higher and as we expect, it will be more upmarket. For a start, the new Audi A6 is expected to be available in three engine options with the patented quattro all wheel drive system.

The new A6 is set to come in with a host of creature comforts which includes heated and cooled seats, a high end music system and massage functions for the passengers.

Set to take on the likes of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the BMW 5 Series, the new Audi A6 does have its job cut out, however judging by the formidable package that it is, we expect it to give the competition a run for their money. (Read: 2011 Audi A6: First Drive)
