Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff walked into the ZigWheels office this afternoon to get his copy of ‘Classics and Thoroughbreds’ personally autographed by our Editor-in-Chief Adil Jal Darukhanawala

Authored and conceptualized by Adil himself, ZigWheels Classics & Thoroughbreds is a magnificent compendium featuring some of the greatest people, events and motorsport which have shaped both motoring and motorcycling in the real world.

Being an automotive enthusiast himself, Jackie is the proud owner of a rare 1939 SS Jaguar 100, which is the very first car from SS Cars Limited in 1935. Only one such vehicle is reputed to have come to India and it is this prostine white example which is the pride and joy of the noted film actor.

In his book, Adil presents a fascinating window to technology, innovation, speed, power and beauty on two and four wheels. The entire ZigWheels team got a rare opportunity to meet Jackie in person and being auto enthusiasts ourselves we were thrilled to see Jackie’s interest and enthusiasm in cars and bikes in brief interaction with him.
