Fulfilling the promise of launching two new models every year from 2016 onwards, Hyundai has re-introduced the Tucson in India in an all-new avatar today. The SUV is nowhere close to its predecessor that was previously sold in India. The all-new Tucson has been launched carrying a introductory price tag of Rs 18.99 lakh for the base petrol variant, and Rs 24.99 lakh for the top-spec diesel variant (ex-showroom, Delhi). With Hyundai aiming at the premium segment, the Tucson fills the gap between the popular Creta and Santa Fe in its portfolio.

At the back, the sharp shoulder lines merge with the LED tail lamps. It also gets a raked rear windscreen, third LED brake lamp, twin chrome exhaust tips and roof spoiler completing the look at the rear. The SUV comes with 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
