Fiat cars sell in good numbers in European countries. However, the Italian car marque has struggled to gain the same kind of popularity in India. In a bid to change its brand perception in the Indian market, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has organised its second loyalty camp this year, which will start from September 19, 2016, and go on till September 25. The camp aims to reach out to a wide base of customers located across India.
Fiat customers can avail themselves of various consumer-centric schemes offered by the Italian carmaker and get a a fifty-point check-up of their cars. For any repairs that the customer wants to carry out post the check-up, FCA will offer special discounts of up to 15 per cent on spare parts and 15 per cent discount on labour charges (only on mechanical repairs).
Commenting on the initiative, Mr Kevin Flynn, president and managing director, FCA India, said, “FCA regularly conducts multiple service camps through the year. We encourage customers to take full advantage of these special service camps in order to maintain their Fiat cars at the lowest possible cost. We at FCA recognise that after-sales plays a key role in customer satisfaction and this is just one initiative which we are taking to make sure our customers across India can avail themselves of good value high skilled service."
Fiat says it will contact existing customers via text messages and e-mails to inform them about the camps. This year’s first loyalty camp was organised from March 9 to 12.
