DSK Benelli Records Sale Of 3,000 Bikes In One Year

DSK Motowheels had launched DSK Benelli in March last year, and since then it has grown to become a force to be reckoned with in the superbike segment. The success of the brand can be noticed from the sales figures the company has clocked since its inception. DSK Benelli has managed to sell no less than 3,000 bikes in the country, with a major contribution from the fastest-selling motorcycle from the brand, the Benelli TNT 600i. Within a span of one year, the company has already sold 1,000 units of the motorcycle from its authorised dealerships in India.

The main reason behind the Benelli TNT 600i’s success is the bike's versatile and thrilling character that has been well-accepted by biking enthusiasts. The sales figures of the motorcycle have been further boosted with the introduction of the ABS version in June 2016.

Commenting on the success of the brand, Shirish Kulkarni, chairman, DSK Motowheels said: “DSK Benelli has managed to carve a strong niche for itself in India’s superbike industry thanks to our emphasis on performance coupled with compelling design language. Apart from the current product portfolio, DSK Benelli is all set to bring the Benelli 302R and TRK 502 by the end of the current fiscal year. And in order to cater to the booming demand and future products lined up, DSK Benelli has planned to increase its annual production capacity from 7500 units to 1 lakh units in a single shift.

DSK Benelli currently has a dealership network of 17 showrooms which is soon set to be further fortified with 15 more outlets across the country. The company’s current product range consists of the TNT 25, TNT 300, TNT 600i (ABS), TNT 600 GT, TNT 899 and the TNT R.
