  • Boasts a silhouette similar to Lodgy, LED tail lamps reminiscent of the XC90, and adjustable roof rails.
  • Interior, features, and technical specifications yet to be revealed.

Ahead of its unveiling on September 03, 2021, Dacia has christened its upcoming MPV the ‘Jogger.’ Available either as a 5-seater or a 7-seater, the carmaker says the name Jogger represents dynamism, positive energy, and outdoor spirit. Dacia also added that the Jogger name was inspired by the Duster, both of which have an ‘er’ as its prefix.

The latest teaser also gives us an insight about what to expect from the upcoming vehicle. For starters, the silhouette is reminiscent of the Lodgy, which it is expected to spiritually succeed around the world. The design of the LED tail lamps also mimic the ones seen on the Volvo XC90. Other touches include a rear quarter glass that can be opened up and adjustable roof rails to store stuff on the top.

Dacia is yet to reveal the interior of the Jogger, but it could borrow elements like the four-spoke steering wheel, an 8-inch infotainment system, and climate control knobs from the new Duster and Sandero. After all, Dacia is a budget brand and the manufacturer will be aiming to offer value for money offerings.

Technical specifications and more features of the upcoming MPV will be revealed on September 03. The people mover will also be displayed at the upcoming 2021 Munich Motor Show that’s slated between September 6 and 12. Meanwhile, here’s a quick rundown of what to expect at the upcoming IAA 2021.
