German automaker Audi recently introduced a sports package into their portfolio by unveiling the Audi TT S-Line Competition. The car will be manufactured in limited numbers for European customers only and will make its debut at the upcoming 2016 Paris Motor Show. The Audi TT S-Line competition will available in both Coupe and Roadster form.
On the outside, the car gets a single-frame front grille with a blade at the front finished in black, exterior mirror housings, diffuser inserts, and a fixed rear wing - all get a glossy black chrome touch. The TT S Line Competition also gets a sports suspension setup with firm damper settings that help reduce the car's height to ten millimeters. It also features 19-inch alloy wheels in a gloss black five-spoke blade design. Brake callipers are finished in red and customers will get to choose the body colour from a few color options namely - glacier white, nano gray, tango red and the new TT color Ara blue. The limited edition TT Roadster S line competition also gets a black roof.
Speaking about the interiors, the car features new leather upholstery, flat-bottomed S-line-contoured sport leather steering wheel, virtual cockpit, and a sport screen where the central tachometer with integral speed display controls the instrument cluster.
Mechanically, the Audi TT S-Line Competition will be powered by the 2.0-litre TFSI engine which churns out 233PS of power. The power is transmitted through a six-speed manual transmission or an S tronic gearbox to the front wheels. Pricing for the TT S-Line competition starts at around 41,940 EUR ( Rs 31,44,661) and yes, you also get the roadster version of this limited edition car for around 44,340 EUR ( Rs 33,24,613 ) upwards.
