2017 Aston Martin Vantage S Red Bull Racing Edition

The first race of the 2017 Formula 1 season is 32 days away and Aston Martin has unveiled a special edition of its Vantage S range of GTs to celebrate its partnership with the Red Bull Racing team. Available with both the V12 Vantage S and V8 Vantage S, the Red Bull Racing Edition is only a cosmetic addition.

The Vantage Red Bull Racing Edition will be offered in limited numbers, though Aston Martin has not specified how many. The modifications for the same will be carried out by the company's bespoke 'Q Division'.

The Red Bull Racing Edition cars will mimic the paint scheme used on the Red Bull Formula 1 race cars. The cars will be offered with 'Mariana Blue' paint as standard, though customers can also choose either the gloss Tungsten Silver or satin Mariana Blue paint options.

Some 'race-inspired' additions include a carbon fibre splitter, carbon fibre diffuser, carbon fibre grille and carbon fibre side strakes. Completing the race livery inspired looks are red highlights on the grille and side strakes and yellow brake callipers.

To add more exclusivity (and cost), customers can also opt to have the door-sill plaque and final inspection plaque to be signed by either of Red Bull Racing's drivers - Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen.
