Ashok Leyland inaugurates 7th dealership in Gujarat

As part of its expansion plan, Ashok Leyland inaugurated another dealership today, this time round in Gandhidham, Gujarat. Located on National Highway 27, the 89,000sq.ft dealership will is not just a sales outlet but will also cater to service and spares. With this dealership, the 2nd largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, will focus on business prospects in North and Western India. 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vinod K. Dasari, Managing Director, Ashok Leyland said, "Gujarat is a very important hub for transport and logistic with engineering, power and cement industries, and our new dealership will enhance our presence and increase our footprint in the region.” 

In the Commercial Vehicles industry, Ashok Leyland has the widest network of dealerships and service points with more than 500 touch points. Over and above these touch points, they also have 5000 outlets for genuine parts. To ensure instant service Ashok Leyland has a service centre at every 75km on all major highways that promise ‘Tatkaal’ service of reaching customers within 4 hours and getting their vehicle back on-road within 48 hours.

Ashok Leyland has been working on expanding its network. Earlier this year, they inaugrated a dealership in Royadh, and recently they have also managed to bag orders worth of Rs 104 crore to supply buses in Sri Lanka
