The new tech will help you control the SUV's features without taking your hands off the wheel

UPDATE: Hyundai India will launch the 2020 Creta on March 16.

Hyundai Motor India has announced that the 2020 Creta will be equipped with Blue Link advanced connectivity. This system will give the Creta voice recognition and 54 connected car features. Bookings are open now for the SUV scheduled to be launched in India on March 17. The Creta will take on mid-sizers such as the Tata Harrier and Renault Captur.

Blue Link can be used to remotely monitor and operate some functions in the Creta. It can be integrated with smartphones and Google, Apple, and Samsung smartwatches. The app can track your vehicle and remotely control functions such as air conditioning, air purifier, engine start and stop, head and taillamps, and the horn.

From inside the car, you can say 'Hello, Blue Link' to start the voice recognition feature. It lets you operate the sunroof and all functions of the heating and ventilation system without taking your hands off the wheel. You can also use voice commands to make a phonecall, get a list of India’s public holidays, and even live cricket scores.

In India, Hyundai’s Blue Link debuted in the Venue sub-4m SUV. The new feature will bring the Creta’s features list on par with its sister car, the Kia Seltos. If it can make driving the Creta safer and give the owner peace of mind, Blue Link will be a win for the Creta.
