The KWID has been designed with inputs from Renault’s design studio in India as well as the global headquarters in France. The KWID features a futuristic off-road lifestyle SUV look with large chunky wheels and deep treaded off-road tyres.

The KWID’s interior features a cocoonish feel and is inspired by the look and feel of a bird’s nest. The KWID concept also comes equipped with a drone like attachment, called the ‘Flying Companion’ and can be operated by a tablet mounted into the dashboard. This drone or the ‘Flying Companion’ is mounted on the back of the car and can be either automatically operated through GPS bearings or manually operated by the driver or passenger of the KWID.

The KWID essentially points to the future of Renault’s design directions and possibly a new lifestyle oriented production car based on the same or similar platform.
