The next new launch brewing from Tata Motors is the Kaziranga Edition for its SUV lineup, which pays homage to the one-horned Indian rhinoceros. Now, a teaser from the homegrown carmaker gives us a good look at the Punch Kaziranga Edition in real-life images.

The special edition micro SUV is finished in a gold colour that mimics the savannah grass found in the expanse at the Kaziranga National Park in Assam. The blacked-out wheels and dechromed look add a sporty look to the overall theme. Also, the front fenders feature a badge that pays homage to the endangered one-horned rhinoceros.

Inside, the white centre trim on the dashboard has been replaced by a gold finish. Also, the seats now feature a new black/gold upholstery while the ‘Kaziranga’ branding can be seen on the door sills. Since Tata’s special editions are based on top-spec variants, the Punch Kaziranga should get all the bells and whistles.

Notable features in the Punch include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a semi-digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, a Harman sound system, and auto headlamps and wipers.

Passenger safety is taken care of by dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors with camera, and a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP.
