Nissan India will soon launch a new XV Executive trim in the Magnite’s lineup, details of which have been leaked ahead of its introduction. The new trim is based on the second-from-base XL, and it gets additional features, including:
16-inch alloy wheels.
Silver cladding on doors.
9-inch Android-based infotainment system with in-built Google maps
Rearview parking camera
Height-adjustable driver’s seat
60:40-split folding rear seats
Rear armrest with cup holders
Seat back pockets
ISOFIX child seat mounts
The leaked documents peg these extras at Rs 52,000. Currently, the Magnite XL gets the 72PS 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 100PS 1-litre turbo-petrol engine options. While both are paired with a standard 5-speed manual, the turbo-petrol can be teamed with an optional CVT.

Features likely to be carried over from the Magnite XL include steering-mounted audio controls, automatic climate control, keyless entry, and power windows. Passenger safety is secured by dual airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors.
The Magnite XV Executive faces competition from multiple models, including the Renault Kiger, Tata Altroz, Hyundai i20, Maruti Suzuki Baleno, and the recently launched Tata Punch.
