Kia Seltos With Panoramic Sunroof Now At Rs 13 Lakh, Lower-spec Variants Made More Desirable Now!

The 2025 updates bring more value to the lower-spec variants while remaining unchanged mechanically

Kia has launched the 2025 Seltos on our shores, with prices ranging from Rs 11.3 lakh to Rs 20.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The update introduced three new variants: HTE (O), HTK (O) and HTK+ (O). These variants basically make certain premium features more affordable and are available with petrol and diesel powertrain options. So how are these variants priced, and what do they offer? Let’s take a look: 

HTE (O) Variant: New Features And Pricing 

The base-spec trim now offers an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted audio controls and a 6-speaker audio system which provides an enriching audio experience for the price. It also features power windows for all doors, and connected tail lights for a modern and upmarket look. There is also a rearview mirror for better visibility. 

The HTE (O) variant is available with both petrol and diesel options. Here’s a look at the pricing:

HTK (O) Variant: New Features And Pricing 

The HTK (O) variant introduces a sunroof, not a regular one but a panoramic unit! This addition makes the variant very appealing for the price it's offered at. It also has 16-inch alloy wheels, a rear wiper with washer and defogger, cruise control and a smart key.

This variant is also available with both petrol and diesel and can be had only with a manual gearbox.

HTK+ (O) Variant: New Features And Pricing 

The HTK+ (O) variant introduces larger 17-inch alloy wheels and electronic parking brake with the automatic IVT variant. The exterior gets LED fog lamps, LED headlamps with sequential turn indicators, a gloss black finish on the grille, and auto-fold ORVMs. Additionally, it also features chrome inserts which gives the exterior a more premium look.  

Unlike the other two variants, this variant offers the option of an automatic gearbox as well.

The Seltos is also available with a 160 PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine in the higher-spec trims. 

Rivals 

The Seltos competes with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, MG Astor, Honda Elevate, and VW Taigun.
