Hyundai Venue Facelift 2022 Review | A Lot More Desirable?

Hyundai has given the Venue a significant visual overhaul for 2025. While the proportions remain familiar, the SUV now carries a stronger, more upright stance and sharper detailing inspired by its larger siblings like the Alcazar. The updates make it appear wider, all while keeping the Venue’s sub-4m SUV footprint intact.
If you have been eyeing the 2025 Venue, here’s everything new with its design.
The 2025 Venue wears a completely reworked fascia that gives it a much tougher attitude. A rectangular dark-chrome grille dominates the face, flanked by new squared headlamp housings featuring a quad-beam setup.
The connected LED light bar stretching across the bonnet flows neatly into the C-shaped DRLs, creating a distinctive signature look.
Rounding off the front is a chunky silver skid plate, underscoring its SUV character.

From the side, the Venue gains a more athletic stance. Muscular fenders at both ends, new 16-inch alloy wheels, and taller roof rails add to its appearance.

A new silver C-pillar insert with ‘Venue’ badging breaks the visual mass and gives it a more premium look. Overall, the profile of the 2025 Venue feels balanced.

At the back, Hyundai has gone for a clean and minimal approach. A new slim LED tail-lamp bar runs across the width of the SUV, enclosed within a glossy black housing for contrast.

A larger spoiler and chunkier faux skid plate give it a sportier and more planted rear profile, while the large reflectors add presence to the lower bumper.
For 2025, the Venue’s palette gets livelier. Two new shades, Hazel Blue and Mystic Sapphire, join the lineup alongside Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and Dragon Red.
Buyers can also opt for dual-tone finishes with a black roof offered on the Hazel Blue and Atlas White shade options.

The 2025 Hyundai Venue will make its debut on November 4, with expected prices starting from around Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will lock horns with the Kia Sonet, Maruti Fronx, Skoda Kylaq, Kia Syros, and Mahindra XUV 3XO in the subcompact SUV segment.
The 2025 Venue’s design gives it a stronger identity while retaining the proportions that made it popular in the first place. The fresh face, squared lighting elements, and refined detailing make it look more sophisticated. Whether it matches the success of its predecessor will depend on how Hyundai prices it.
Until then, do let us know in the comments your views on the 2025 Venue’s design.
