This sport requires a sheer combination of skill, strength, spirit and stamina. For those looking out to find adventure in unexplored regions and not frequently visited paths, the Great Indian Himalayas enfolds some of the best regions for cycling escapades. Apart form stamina and skill, mountain biking is also all about technique. Balancing a bike well is of utmost importance as it mainly helps you climb steep pitches, besides, mastering control of your bike, like in the case of motorcycles and cars, is s great booster of confidence for a biker. Further, riding in control, avoids crashes and gives you the ability to adjust to the terrain and the environment while passing through it. Good control on the bike also includes adequate command over speed. For instance going uphill is more physically challenging than otherwise. Keeping a constant speed always helps rather than having to go fast for a while and run out of energy and stamina before arriving at your destination.
