Diesel would be a great idea if you can bear with some engine sound coming in . While for petrol if you love to rip the engine in each gear then go for it . But if changing gears is not your thing diesel is the best . Also if your priority is space for all your family than you will never go wrong with either of these . Also it's more reliable then any of its competitors

If your use is less and is a family car I suggest petrol also if your driving is good n not rash you can get a mileage og 20 without AC N about 19.5 with AC ON highway

The petrol is more refined but lacks a punch. Diesel is more fun to drive but has lot of vibrations. Not very convinced with either of the transmissions.

If you travel more than 80 km/day and often travel on highways diesel will be desirable. Diesel has got a 6-speed gearbox which makes it ideal for highways. Otherwise, go for the petrol variant which costs less and has low maintenance.

Diesel is objectively better cause its more efficient but if you are just a in-city commuter just go with the petrol

Wrv diesel is not lacking it is fun to drive great pickup and nice power i didn't face any problem

If your riding is approx 2000 km per month then diesel is best option otherwise petrol.
