Yes. but do avoid changing the tyre spec. you can use alloys but make sure when doing the wheel balancing you get the technician to make the necessary toe and camber adjustments. Most importantly avoid Chinese alloy wheels. These would endanger your life as well as ur familys life since they are prone to cracks.

The current tyre size of Hyundai Santro is 155/65 R14. Although, we won't advise you to up-size of tyre size, the reason is that it will result in wear-and-tear trouble and it will come in contact with suspension setup which in turn diminish the car performance. However, you can uprise the size to 1 inch but with the green light from the authorized service center.
