Both Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Hyundai Creta are good enough cars with decent fuel efficiency figures. If you are looking for a premium hatchback that offers a decent feature list, frugal engine option with a mild hybrid system, lower maintenance cost and a spacious cabin, then the Baleno would be a better pick. On the other hand, if you are looking for a stylish compact-SUV with great handling traits, feature loaded cabin and powerful engine options then we'd suggest you to opt for the Hyundai Creta. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read More: - Hyundai Creta vs Maruti Baleno

  • Q. Hi Guys, I'm planning to buy a car in Mumbai and have drilled down my car choices to either Toyota Glanza(G CVT) or Maruti Nexa Baleno(Zeta CVT), both being the same car except for the branding. Now I am more inclined towards Glanza and here's why:
1. Better Price: Glanza G-CVT will cost me 9.5L including accessories worth 10K and extended warranty worth 12K. The similar model Zeta-CVT of Baleno is costing me 9.95L including accessories worth 20K and extended warranty worth 15K. 2. Better warranty: Glanza is offering 3 years/100000kms while Baleno is offering 2 years/40000kmsNow I your help with few questions so I can better decide which one I should go for:1. Given that I'd be buying the car in the Oct'20 which is towards the end of the year, which car would give me better resale value if I plan to sell it after say 3-5 years?
2. The sales team of Baleno claimed that you can achieve 12-13kms/ltr of mileage in Mumbai traffic. I am buying the car in Mumbai. How true is that given that I am buying the automatic version of the car? I am assuming I'd get the same mileage for Glanza as well.3. Is it worth taking the extended warranty for additional 2-3 years?4. Which brand has a better after sales support and service ?
Thanks in advance guys!

Both Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Toyota Glanza are more or less the same premium hatches. Now, as for the resale value, it would be unfair to give any verdict here as it would depend on certain factors such as physical condition of the vehicle, popularity of the model, kilometers driven, etc. For additional peace of mind, Baleno buyers can get a total 5year/1 lakh km warranty, while Toyota will let you extend it to 2.20 lakh km. Additionally, Toyota also offers a free three-year RSA (roadside assistance) facility with Glanza. All these additional after sales services and more affordable pricing makes the Toyota Glanza a better pick in our books. Moreover, the Glanza is powered by the same powertrain as found in the Baleno and the mileage can be expected to be the same as well.

This is my first ever Car. I've been driving Delta variant and the experience is amazing. The only obstacle was running over potholes that could be easily felt. The car is light weighted within this range as compared to I-20 which is why it shakes a little when it's running over 80 or 100kpmh. Overall experience is smooth. Features and other alerts are good. Handling is pretty easy, speakers are normal. Dent is really common with maruti cars because of its average built quality though it doesn't give you that feel at all. Baleno gives you equal comfort and styling inside out. Dashboard looks cool and adjustable stearing is an add on. Spacious leg room. The design is apt at this price. I myself have opted for Baleno over swift and I20. Price is the major factor that beats I20 the difference is over 1lac with similar offerings.

I bought a ZETA petrol 2019 APRIL, it's been 20 months now still unable to login Suzuki connect, somehow data entry guy's made some mistakes so still I couldn't access full potential of my vehicles ease of convenience which I bought but couldn't use it, it's waste of money, after sales Service was a joke on this issue, rest is ok, can be go on easy, you paid for it but you couldn't use it that's annoying yaar, made so many calls & service's still my issue isn't resolved😡, I won't recommend, look for similar other options available not in Suzuki ofcourse.. stay safe drive safe.

Love the car as it is, awesome performance, comfortable enough, mileage wise also good. Entertainment system is also good. Sitting capacity is also enough, leg space is also gives you a fantastic feeling, only issue is in the suspension is quite stiff you will feel it while you are on a rough road. Car is very steady even you are on 120 speed. Breaking system could have improved a bit. More over style wise means overall look wise you won't feel out dated, it always looks freash..to summarise it, the car is value for your money , you won't get disappointed if you are planning to buy it.

My sister recently bought the maruti baleno delta 'base' variant in august. The car looks very premium inside out, And despite being a base model we have dual airbags, Seat belt reminder, Speed reminder etc.We also get a 12 v charging socket, Leather upholstery, An aftermarket pioneer touchscreen infotainment system, Etc too. There are ample amount of bottle holding spaces in every door, Decent amount of boot space and nice space at the rear seat. What not really good in this car is it's safety, Which remains standing at 2 stars.

Not good at mileage. And no accessories are given with it not even footmats.Worst thing. And it was delta model.Things apart low maintenance is always maruti first.Rest it should listen customer feedback. And should also act upon it.I was really surprised that even footmats were not there in delta model. It wasn't base model.Atleast there should be.And tyres very bad. Some features of technology must be updated with the time.No fog lights. And much more should be given in this segment at this price.
