We won't suggest you to go for after-market installation as it will hamper your car's performance ant the warranty will also get terminated. Although, it is always recommended to get the CNG kit fitted from the authorized service center so that you can avail the warranty services as well. If you get it installed from some other sources, then it may hamper your warranty. On the other hand, please make sure that the CNG kit that you are installing is RTO approved to avoid future troublesome. We suggest you to get in touch with the authorized service center to know the nitty-gritty of the fittings as they will be the best people to suggest you the compatible CNG kit for your car.

U can go with freestyle titanium , it looks quite muscular and fresh. Ford cars are equally safer as hyundai cars are. You will get traction control, hill launch assist additionally and a power of 96ps. I m extracting a mileage of 15-16 in cities and 20+ on highways. Mine is a petrol one.

  • Q. Which is better in safety, build quality and mileage.. Ford freestyle titanium or Maruti Suzuki zxi?
    Peter
    Peter | 2 weeks ago

Where is the comparison dear. Freestyle is the best. Maruti makes tin dubbas for kitna deti hai types. No safety, no class. For the Indian public, best is autorickshaw......best mileage!

Maruti cars are worst in safety. You can verify by seeing Baleno accident videos on YouTube.

  • Q. Which variant you are using? how much mileage you are getting? annual service cost ? you regret abou buying this car or happy - Freestyle?

    Abhishek | 11 months ago

I am using Titanium Petrol. So far I have completed 1000 kms and I have got 11kms in DELHI city traffic with ac on and somerough driving habbits. Its is expected to increase to 13-14 in next 2000 kms, since it takes time getting used to your new vehicle. Didnt drive much on highways though you may expect 16-17. I am enjoying the drive since it has decent power, good steering feedback, smooth gear shifts and lots of features. Two services are free one at 2500kms and the other at 10000kms. You only need to pay 1600Rs at 10000kms for oil change. After 2years at 20000km your cost is Rs 4000. Its clearly mentioned in Book and website and ford app how much you need to pay for each year maintenance. Besides there are various maintenance packages that you may opt for before availing first service for peace of mind. Over all I dont regret my decision to go with freestyle since nobody else is providing such a utility vehicle loaded with features at such price. Its value for money for those who dont need LED DRLs and rear seat arm rest etc.

Trend+ petrol, getting mileage of 14.3 km/l in city like noida. Others cars may give max 15 to 16 km/l in city but don't go for cars just for 1 km more mileage; check thir build quality. E.g. maruti cars has worst build quality.

  • Q. I drive Baleno petrol and Ford freestyle petrol. Based on driving I feel Ford freestyle better than Baleno. But I am concerned about mileage and resale of Ford freestyle.
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

The claimed ARAI mileage for the Maruti Baleno petrol and Freestyle petrol are 21 kmpl and 19 Kmpl respectively. As tested, the Freestyle petrol returns 13.5kmpl in the city and an impressive 19.19kmpl on the highway. Being a Maruti, the Baleno boasts of the widest sales and service network in the country. Though Baleno has a upper hand in terms of service availability, the resale value of the car will depend on the several factors like physical condition of the car, KMs driven etc. So, we would suggest you to exchange words with the nearest dealership as they will be the better person to aid you further in this matter. If you want performance and gop notch safety freestyle is better but if your concern is mileage and resale then baleno will be better choice plus if you are driving mostly in city baleno is a good choice but for highway freestyle is a best

  • Q. How is diesel engine of Freestyle and what is the mileage of Freestyle diesel?
    Naikoti
    Naikoti | 2 months ago

Ford freestyle is good vehicle, cost effective and less maintenance, good mileage. I have diesel version completed 90000kms and I didn't get any trouble. I changed tyres at 84000kms, city milage is around 18 and highway milage is 23kmpl. If u drive in a better way you will get above 28kmpl, if you maintain properly then service cost will be 4500 to 5000rs for every 10000kms.
