No - KUV100 was announced to be available in factory fitted CNG setup during march 2018.However, I don't see that variant(Trip) on their website so its not commercially launched yet I believe. Alternative: I use a KUV100 petrol K2 variant retrofitted with a CNG kit. The mileage is 14 km/kg in city traffic(with A/C on) and 24 km/kg on highways. On petrol the mileage is 10 km/L in city and 16 km/L on highways.

  • Q. Which variant of Mahindra KUV 100 is better K2 plus petrol or K2 plus diesel?
    True
    True | 5 months ago

It depends upon you if you use it more (more than 100 kms per day) go for diesel otherwise go for petrol (if use it 50km daily). My advice go for petrol if you plan to buy for family because less price and maintenance and after 10 years you have to renew your RTO passing if you choose diesel for petrol it is for 15 years...

  • Q. Hows the performance of the kuv100 in deisel varient?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 9 months ago

We drove the three-cylinder diesel engine-equipped car and performance from the 78PS/190Nm unit is unchanged. It doesn’t feel particularly powerful, but has a decent amount of bottom pull, with its peak torque kicking in from 1,750rpm onwards. The top two K6+ and K8 trim levels also offer Mahindra’s micro-hybrid technology, which is the company’s terminology for an automatic start-stop system. In the diesel-engined KUV, these two variants along with the K4+ variant also gets the power/eco button. In ‘power’ mode, the motor feels quick to respond, while the mileage-conscious ‘eco’ mode dulls down throttle response and should feel right at home while driving in bumper-to-bumper city traffic. We would suggest you to take a test drive in order to clear your all doubts.
