1) if you fumble & have difficulty in changing gears go for automatic, if you are comfortable with changing gears go for the manual. 2) cost is about 80k more than the manual, further maintenance costs will be higher for the automatic & mileage will be lower by 20 % on the automatic.3) Last but not the least, the whole world is on automation, so in future, you will get only automatic cars, while manual transmission will be obsolete. But it would take a couple of years

It depends on your comfort automatic costly around 40 to 50 k extra. But it provide lots of comfort
