  • Q. Is the rear seat width really as crunchy as some of the reviews say?I have a Wagon R and I have had occasionally 3 adults sit in the rear seat albeit some discomfort. Would it not be at least better than that - Venue?

    New Wagon R 2021 model. It is a little confusing word when we say WIDTH of the seat.. to avoid the confusion, my update as below1) the length of the seat, i.e. from left window to right window.. it is same as old Wagon R.. 3 people could sit..not a huge discomfort.. its fine.. 2) the width of the seat.. i.e. from read end of the seating cushion to front end of the seating cushion of the seat (where we actually sit).. that is reduced to make more leg space... so thats a little discomfort actually in long drives.. taller passengers would feel huge discomfort in long drives..for drives within the city, no doubt its the best in class.. good head space, good leg room, easy manoeuvrable ..3) the rear seat split folding.. Old Wagon R had rear seats folding option in 60-40 ration.. it was split.. so one could fold either side of the rear seat to add more luggage. That is no more in New Wagon R. the Entire seat is a single piece and folds.. no more split option in rear seat.. hope this helps!

    Petrol 1.2 manual engine

    Petrol 1.2 manual engine feels under power at the time of over taking in the highway.Milage is also less as compared to claimed by the company.In this model tyre size should be 16 inch instead of 15 for better ground clearance.

    Feels safe

    Build quality is good, Feels safe.Milage : 11 to 13kmpl city, 14-to 16 kmpl highway.Though we use majority for city use.Power: 1.0 engine is a turbo so power & pickup are amazing for us.Comfort: compared to other mini suvs in this segment that needs an improvement.Thought its a 2020 model not the latest one still its a good one.
