  • Q. I'm looking to buy Tata Nexon xm petrol, I have seen lot of reviews and got confused. I need to know about the mileage and also will it worth of spending 9lakhs. Need your suggestions to move forward.

    But the Deisel one. I did the same mistake by choosing the Petrol assuming my daily ride would be less. But after i bought I'm feeling like what's the use if you don't ride your car whenever you like. It's like I'm craving to drive the car everyday (thanks to it's amazing driveability) but stepping behind due to the Petrol price and mileage. Mine gives 13kmpl in cities 16 on highways (according to the instrument cluster). You'd also go through the same phase after your purchase. Go for Deisel, Tata isn't discontinuing Deisel like Maruti. Maintenance also isn't a problem as people say, there's only 2000/- difference in maintenance compared to Petrol in 6yrs of run.

    If you drive on highway keep on eco mode and drive it gives best mileage and we have xma it claims 23-27 on highway petrol is not so powerful but ok for normal driving

    Had driven almost 11000km with xma. I got avg milege in 13 -14 kmpl with heavy traffic ...and 16 -17 kmpl in light traffic.. I mostly drive in eco mode
