Q. I am planning to buy a Petrol car for Family of 04 with need of a good boot space + back seat space for 03. Searched number of cars including Honda Amaze (underpower engine), I20(Cramped space on back seat), Baleno(Body is pathetic) and zeroed on Ford Freestyle (Though with less boot space) but a mind blowing pick up, less noisy, Superb A/c. However still confused as I saw Tigor recently having good boot space and back seat.. Only issue is noise in Engine and Tata name !!! Please advise.

I have booked Freestyle Titanium 1.2P this June, I too had the confusion between Tigor & Freestyle, let me help you to narrow it down. 1. Pricing is so effective in Freestyle for the things & features offered in Trend(2nd from Base) or Titanium(2nd Top) variant of Freestyle as compared to the Top Model of Tigor, like airbags available in all variants of Freestyle. and Traction control & ARP (Titanium) and Rear Camera 2. Yes Engine is powerful than Tigor( Both having 3 cylinders, 1200cc) 3. Rear seat of Tigor is more comfortable & you get arm rest & 3 people will fit tight in both brands and middle one also gets head rest in Tigor. 4. In both cars if average height of individual is around is 5.8" then no issues or else then rear will not get comfortable headroom. 5. Freestyle is a perfect drivers car. 6. Freestyle has 190mm ground clearance 7. Service interval in Ford is almost 1 year & Tata is 6 months. 8. Here it wins Tigor gets Huge Boot 419 litres and one of the biggest in the segment but we will not be always carrying huge luggage, in case of Freestyle rear seat can be rolled down to carry some more luggage. or you can mount the supports to carry over the roof rails in Freestyle for upto 50kgs

If you want to buy a car under 8 lakhs , just close your eyes and go for ford freestyle titanium petrol model . Total value for money car overall package
