    That depends on your preference. Both cars got their own set of pros & cons. While the new Verna have had a complete makeover while the city is still on a older platform albeit with a minor cosmetic change. With a Verna u"d get much better NVH package, class leading features, Hyundai's tremendous service backup, Excellent build quality, very good engine gearbox package & cost ownership is cheap too compared to its direct competitors. Cons a bit low on space compared to city, meagre less enthusiastic engine. Now coming to Honda it's pluses are the class leading engine gearbox package, very good overall space, mechanical refinement but short on NVH compared to Verna, quality is good if not excellent. Minuses are high cost of ownership, still a old design, lesser service centre presence in tier 2,3 cities, niggling quality issues have cropped up from last generation. Choose whichever you like.

    Verna is a Segment one of the largest sold vehicle in the C2 Full sedan above 4 m category. This is offered in 1.6 ltr and petrol engines with about 126 and 123 BHP power . Verna is also offered in 1.4 ltr petrol engine option in two lower end variants. In Power Verna leads the segment above Yaris ,Ciaz , City. Rapid as competitors . The verna combines with the features of Elegant style, Good Electronics, lot many features and Economy on A bundle of package. Sold over 50000 vehicles .Verna is offered in E, Ex Sc,and Sx(o) variants. The top end variant is Sx-o which is offered in Auto transmission and alloy wheels and sunroof .Certain of these features are offered in Sx variant also.Vetna petrol gives you a mileage of 10-13 kmpl on normal usage and On highways it will give you close to the claimed mileage .So choose according to your choice and preference

    Verna gives you top class performance. Verna is offered in 4 variants E,Ex ,Sx and Sx(o) .This has been offered in diesel and Petrol variants powered by 1.6L four cylinder engine in Sx and Sx(o) variants .The petrol engine will deliver a power of 123 HP and and diesel engine delivers 128 hp . Both engines are driven by are 6 speed Gear trains of 6 speed in manual and as well as auto transmission . Regarding power and performance Verna is best with segment leading .In addition to that 1.4 ltr /100 HP engine is offered in E and Ex petrol manual variants .Best in class features class leading style and a decent performance are the deliverables with Verna . Verna is one of the top selling in C2 segment sedan in india

    Highways depends

    Bought verna i bought verna next gen ex variant in 2018 purely as a family car.As it have 1.4 naturally aspirated petrol engine produces 98bhp.It is not at all performance oriented engine.It yas got decent pickup.Milage can he 13-14 in city and 16 to 18 on highways depends on driving style of individual.Ground clearance become problem sometimes when 4 or 5 people sit in the car.Overall good buy for 10.6 lacs on road.
