Hi Friends, I am planning to buy JAZZ VX-CVT model (Automatic petrol). I like the build quality and engine performance but cost is more than 10 Lakhs. At the same cost I can buy NEXON which has very good interior and safety feature. Even better torque of 170Nm but engine is 3 cylinder engine. Tata has reliability issue after 2 years, engine maintenance cost is high. Apart from Engine issue, I am favor of TATA NEXON. Which will be better option and your suggestion will be much appreciated. PS: Family size - 4 members, not regularly commuting. mainly for weekend travels. Currently staying in Bangalore.thanks

Jazz is CVT, NExon is AMT both are different automatic gear boxes.You feel laag in AMT which is not the case with CVT but CVT do come with notorious rubber band effect.If it is for city drive i prefer Jazz for its comfort and happy drive

Both are good in their own respect. Tata still has a bit of reliability issues once the engine becomes older, with Honda, you will not experience that.
