    Trust me friend I've driven both. Baleno and Glanza have got a great Automatic gear system i.e. CVT. It is too refined. You'll never feel any j**k in between the gear shifts. AMT will always give a jerky feel no matter which Car. Glanza Automatic can be compared with the Automatic transmission of a 15-20 lakhs Car. Apart from it, They belong to different segments. If you want Premium hatchback, Go for Glanza without any doubt. But if you really want a Sedan feel, Ciaz is the King then. Note:- Headroom in the rear seat of Ciaz is too Bad, Baleno or Glanza is way better.
