Tata Nexon XZ+ is better choice and a value for money car best in segment and performance power comfort is superb Best build quality, Safest car in segment. Tata Nexon is best in segment and Kia Seltos is not worth its price only the top-end model with connected car features is best but its cost is around 17lakhs. I would suggest to go with Tata Nexon XZ+

I have been using Nexon XZA+ for more than 16 months. From my exp it is one of the best vehicles in the 10 lakh range available in the country. Even tata may not believe that I have driven the AMT vehicle in a rocky terrain. I used Kia vehicle when I was in the middle east. Personally speaking I consider kia as a cheap vehicle having good looks.

If price is not an issue I will suggest you to go for Kia seltos .Among all its rivals nexon was the best but when its Kia tha top notch quality design features (not as much ad in a nexon) big car feel as nose is long good ergonomics with descent mileage makes it a winner .Service issues Tata has to prove so ad Kia.

I am using since 2018 and i am stuck at a mileage of 6 or 7 max in city ..mumbai. Highway performance is decent however the mileage in city is extremely low which hurts the pocket. Morever the engineers are not capable of any solution. i feel there is issue with tatas amt gearbox. Pathetic

Tata Nexon is value for money safest and only car with5star NCAP rating highest ground clearance 209mm, 260 Nm torque 110 ps 23+ average per litre in city/ highway run ... look is personal choice...

I did take the TD before asking the question and I dont feel comfortable driving the seltos and also the suspension doesn't give me confidence on taking poor potholes designed by the ghmc.My requirements were for all wheel discs (ventilated preferably) and comfort,ride quality for tall people but in the selltos it's a strict 4 seater as the bulge of the centre armrest at rear kept pooking throughout the test drive and the poor knowledge of sales personnel tops it up like icing on the cake and with no front sensors,tilt steering adjustment I feel it's not upto the premium as most of the selltos first are available only on top eng gtx+ which goes beyond 20L

What's your say regarding the petrol variant.If these two don't add up then I might end up with Baleno Alpha petrol bs6.

Seltos is a better car according to me.Go for Seltos. Its a section higher than Nexon
