Mercedes-Benz India has launched the AMG G 63 Grand Edition in India, priced at Rs 4 crore (ex-showroom). The special edition is limited to 25 units, and reserved for existing owners of Mercedes-Maybach, Mercedes-AMG, or the S-Class. The G 63 Grand Edition features gold highlights on its bumpers, gold-finished alloy wheels, and gold highlights on the AMG stitching inside the cabin. It is powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 delivering 585PS and 850Nm.
Mercedes-Benz G-Class Engine Mercedes has equipped the G-Class with a 3-litre twin-turbo six-cylinder diesel engine for puissance duties. Its output of 330PS and 700Nm makes it the most powerful diesel engine fitted to a road Mercedes ever and helps it clock a 0-100kmph time of just 6.4 seconds.
