The alto 800 is the best car under budget.It has power along with mileage and could reach up to 130 kmph on highways.The driver’s seat is the only thing i dislike about the alto; otherwise, It is the overall best car under this amount.I measured the mileage on the highway, Which was, Surprisingly, Around 23 kmpl.
