As far as looks go, the XUV500 looks as muscular and aggressive as an SUV should. Changes for 2018 include a revised grille with a lot of chrome detailing, revised headlamps and a reworked tail that includes a redesigned triangular taillamp cluster. Other notable changes include new 18-inch alloy wheels and a subtle chrome strip that runs along the base of the doors. While we were expecting Mahindra to iron out fit and finish issues with this second update, that’s sadly not the case — it continues to be a hit or a miss.
