2.8Overall good car.
Overall good car. Below-average performance compared to the rivals. Hyundai can work on its top-end performance. Tripple digit speed is a bit tricky.

4.0Steering feedback
Here's my impression after two and half years of usage and over 32000 km driven. I myself drive the car about 40 km almost daily. Pros:1. Good mileage. I drive modestly and don't rev the engine too much, too often and I get 17- 18 kmpl in the city without much traffic jam, in extremely dense traffic I get 12-14 kmpl and in highway always more than 20kmpl. these figures are MID readings, I didn't cross-check manually. 2. Nice feel-good features. To name a few, steering mounted controls, rear AC vent, day/ night IRVM, good infotainment system with Android auto, etc.3. Excellent fit and finish. The materials feel classy and upmarket.4. Smooth and efficient engine. Cabin noise and vibration are very low, gear shift and steering are buttery smooth. It's a breeze to drive.5. Great service network, low cost of maintenance, and good resale value.Cons: 1. Pathetic safety standard. Only 2 stars in the GNCAP crash test, the result came out six months after the purchase. Only driver-side airbag, even in the second top variant.2. Engine performance is ok in the city, but not powerful enough on highways.3. As the car is tall, it feels unstable over 90 kmph, also the steering feedback is not good and doesn't get stiff enough at high speeds.4. Price is on the higher side. In summary, it's a pricey entry-level car with compromised safety.

- In order to improve the mileage, we would suggest you drive slower. Driving fast can reduce your fuel efficiency by up to 33% if you are travelling above 60kmph. It is best to change gears appropriately and match the gear and the RPM carefully.

- Hyundai Santro Magna is not equipped with a Rear Camera or Touch screen.
- Santro packs in a lot, it is simple and hassle-free to drive, and ticks all the right boxes, leaving very little to be desired. The little hatchback is perfectly suited to cruising around in the city all day and won’t even feel out of place on that weekend trip to the nearby hill station either. Moreover, for a better understanding of performance and driving comfort, we would suggest you take a test drive. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.
- Hyundai Santro Sportz AMT is not available with Hill Hold Assist.
- If you are planning to buy a new car on finance, then generally, 20 to 25 percent down payment is required on the ex-showroom price of a car. However, exact confirmation regarding EMI, down payment, interest, loan period and its procedure will be discussed by the bank only, as it depends upon an individual eligibility. Also, if you are considering taking a car loan, feel free to ask for quotes from multiple banks from the dealership itself. A lot of banks and lending authorities have tie-ups with dealers to offer you easy loan. Or, you can check with your own trusted bank and authorities in case they have a better loan plan to offer.
- Yes, Santro would be a good pick. The Santro’s cabin remains planted while tackling road uncertainties in a manner that we expect from cars from a segment above. The suspension isn’t overly tuned for comfort and there’s just enough stiffness to ensure the car regains composure quickly once it deals with road inconsistencies. The Santro’s steering is light at city and parking speeds. On the move and at speeds of 80kmph, it feels confident as it becomes a little heavier. The Santro feels planted like a car from a segment above when driven at highway speeds. The Hyundai Santro sets a new benchmark in terms of the quality of materials used inside the cabin. The Santro comes across as a very mature package when it comes to ride and handling. It feels planted at high speeds, where the steering also weighs up to make you feel confident. At parking and city speeds, the steering is light and the ride is comfortable Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test drive before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.

- Yes, the rear camera is useful as it provides a clear and complete view of the surroundings behind the vehicle even at night. While being one of the most convenient features of an automobile, the reverse camera is an important safety feature as well. The camera is mounted on the rear bumper or tailgate at a downward angle to give a good view of obstacles behind the vehicle that is not visible to the driver. Reverse cameras have either a wide-angle lens or a fish eye lens to give a slightly distorted but stretched view of the surroundings behind the vehicle. The reverse camera is also a useful feature for drivers who suffer from spondylitis and cannot turn around while reversing a car to see what is behind it. Aftermarket parking sensors and rear-view camera displays can also be mated to the LCD display of an aftermarket multimedia infotainment system to display image from parking sensors as well as that of the rear-view camera. Both reverse parking sensors and reverse camera greatly enhance safety.
- Rear camera is always useful.

- If AMT is your first preference we'd suggest you go for Hyundai Santro as offers the smoothest AMT driving experience. The shifts are slow and the shift logic also favors a laid-back approach. So you need to go with the flow of traffic rather than darting for gaps. If you do try to push the pace, the Santro will chide you with a slow and slightly jerky shift and not much acceleration. Once you do start driving the Santro AMT the way it wants you to, you will be rewarded with a fairly smooth experience with very little head nod compared to the other AMTs. Moreover, if want a practical hatchback with a decent amount of we'd suggest you go for Maruti Wagon R. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test drive. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
- For that, we'd suggest you please visit the nearest authorized service centre of Hyundai as they would be able to assist you. Follow the link and select your city accordingly for service centres.
- You may check the mileage in the MID, which shows the Kmpl of the trip. To reset the trip, you need to push the lever provided behind the steering wheel on the speedometer / tachometer window. However, my experience is that Santro's mileage displayed on the MID is not very accurate when I compare with the other cars that I own / owned in the past. So, you may check manually using the full tank to full tank method. In fact that was suggested by even the Hyundai service center guys.
- There are 2 different ways to do so. One is to get the petrol tank full, make trumpeter to zero, drive for 150-200 kns. Again get the tank filled up to top. Check the quantity of fuel and kns . Calculate. Same calculation can be done when the tank goes in reserve.
- The manual mode is only used for upshifting and downshifting the gears. You may not use reverse gear in manual gear mode.
- Your group is highly reliable and your advices are highly professional and useful. Now I request you to guide me on following issues of Santro AMT. I have manual wagon r 2009 model. I frequently drive it from Mumbai to Pune. While driving I rarely use hand brakes which I find irritating. Rather I am more comfortable with the use of half clutch/brake combination on inclines. Now I am considering to purchase AMT hatchback. Can you advise if Santro AMT will give serious roll back problems while restarting from stationery position on city flyovers traffic jams and on inclines in Ghat section? Will frequent use of hand brake required? Because there are large number of flyovers in Mumbai/Pune where I stay and also Ghat sections, it is very important for me. I think such problems are not there in AMT ignis or wagon r may be due to less lazy engine. Secondly some people say that Santro wobbles or looses line while hard braking. Is it true?Seeking your valuable advice.
- The AMT on Hyundai Santro offers a leisure experience. The shifts are slow and the shift logic also favours a laid back approach. Moreover, the aftersales service would depend on the availability of service centers in your area. Hyundai has a vast service network and you should not face challenges with the aftersales.
- Hyundai Santro is not available with an air-purifier.
- Here, according to your need and requirements, you may choose to go with the Hyundai Santro. Moreover, we'd recommend taking a test drive of both the car for a better insight into the performance, comfort, and compatibility. Follow the link for dealership details - Car Showrooms.
- As per your requirements, you may opt for a compact hatchback such as Maruti Alto 800, Renault KWID, Tata Tiago, etc. Choosing one will depend on several factors such as budget, fuel type, brand preference, seating capacity, specific feature requirements etc. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. - I have also been searching for options to buy car via central police canteen (now known as Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar). Unfortunately there is no mention of vehicles on their website (under the relevant section only found helmets). Dealers in MH have awareness of CSD but so far I have not come across one who has affiliation with CPC. There is lack of clarity around availability of vehicles via CPC and waiver of GST (CSD gets 50% waiver on GST on top of negotiated price with manufacturer). I know this does not answer your question but have filed a RTI / sent mails and will share update once response received to RTI.
- For this, we would suggest you visit the nearest authorized service center for further assistance.
- Generally, 10-15 percent of the overall fuel tank is determined as the reserve fuel capacity of the vehicle. Hyundai Santro comes equipped with a 35-litre fuel tank stating 3.5-5 liters of reserve fuel. For more details, you may refer to the user/owner's manual of your vehicle.

- It is good decision no problem in santri. It is powerful car
- The Santro doesn’t come with a height-adjustable driver’s seat or tilt-adjustable steering. Those with average build won’t have an issue getting into a decent driving position, but if you’re taller than 6 feet you might feel the need for either tilt steering or height-adjustable driver’s seat (to lower it) or both. Since the Santro is not a traditional tallboy hatchback, you don’t walk in straight into the cabin. Instead, you’re are seated a tad low, especially at the rear. The headroom inside is decent for average-sized adults both at the front and the rear. There’s a downward slope around the rear window line that you would appreciate when seated at the rear. It makes the cabin feel airy. Overall, the Santro is pitched as a family car and it will do a good job at that -- if the family is nuclear. Adults at the rear will feel the need for headrests over long distances. Older parents, who would otherwise step in or out of the previous Santro, will find the new Santro’s seating position a little low. If we talk about Maruti S-Presso, Maruti has opted for super soft cushioning for the seats. And this feels comfy, if you’re out and about for a small city sprint. However, if you had to spend upwards of an hour or two in these seats, you’d wish they were a little firmer. On a related note, the seats feel narrow and could’ve done with more bolstering too. You also miss out on adjustable headrests, but the integrated unit does support the neck and head adequately. It’s a bit much to expect a car this small to be able to seat five. Naturally, three abreast at the rear is super tight, and definitely not recommended. It’s a comfortable four-seater that leaves ample room for everyone when used as one. The S-Presso feels slightly bouncy as you tackle bumps at city speeds. Through the sharper potholes you’d notice some side-to-side rocking motion too. However, there is an easy fix to this problem. Speed up a bit! Going over potholes slightly faster than usual manages to keep the cabin better isolated from the bumps. On the highway, the S-Presso is composed while maintaining 80-90kmph. Even small irregularities in the road/expansion joints are dealt with confidently at this speed. However, stray into triple digits and the experience feels floaty and light. Also, we’d recommend you avoid swerving or changing lanes at triple-digit speeds. At these speeds, you’d wish for more weight in the steering as well. You may compare both the cars accordingly. Do take a test drive in order to get better clarity, Check out authorised dealership details.

- Driving Auto Manual Transmission Gear fitted Santro is just like you are driving a Activa / Scooty. Put the Gear in "D" mode by fully pressing brake paddle, and release brake paddle and accelerate just like activa. In AMT, you can get both gear shift options "Automatic" as well as "Manual". If you want to Drive Car in Automatic Mode then shift the gear to "D" mode and Just use brake and accelerator. And if you are a Manual Gear Shift Lover then first drive the car in "D" mode and then shift gear from "D" to "M" and keep shifting gears from "+" to "-" OR from "-" to "+" as and when required as indicated on display on the Instrument Cluster. Use of AMT is to improve fuel efficiency and give the driver Automatic as well as a Manual Gearbox feeling. One more thing, you get a "Creep" function in AMT gearbox in which the vehicle moves forward without pressing the accelerator, Creep function is extremely useful while driving on the hills.

- Yes. I advice you to keep vehicle on first gear engaged, or apply hand brake while parking in upward ascent . similarly for a down slope/ descent, keep vehicle in reverse gear engaged condition. Additionally I search for small stones near by or keep front wheel turned so by mistake it moves also, it will not run down.
- It depends. When you put your gear to neutral without applying even handbrakes, it will go backwards definitely. Also, even if you use 1st gear, but apply clutch with no brakes, naturally, it will descent backwards in all manual transmission cars.
- Not just santro, all cars goes backward when brakes not applied.

- But sir it is lighter in weight as compare to santro new model it looks comfortable while on highways with santro it is good but while driving tata tiago it looks lighter that means i feel lighter while driving tiago and santro feels strong and heaviour while driving so i prefer santro new mode
- Tiago has more powerful engine. If you have no obsession with Tata brand ,then go for Tiago.
- Tiago is great performance car but santro resale value is better than Tiago
- You should go for WagonR AMT varionts, it can be easy for your mother and also for you. But if you only want CNG go for WagonR LXI CNG, it has good quality for CNG fitment
- I will definitely suggest Santro over wagon r ,rest the variants only depend upon Ur needs and budget.
- Go for Ignis.
- Cng full in 8kg RS 410 and run 180 km in cng patrol 24 average per liter
- Can't tell about cng but petrol is givving me around 13-14 kmpl.
- In CNG - 30 kmpl, and in pertrol - 17-20 kmpl
- 160mm and can go the distance but high speed stability is doubtfull.
- Yes good for long drive
- Santro
- I10 and i10 nios produces 13.8 more BHP than Santro, if your budget is higher than go for i10 nios, otherwise santro is anytime better with 20 KMPL fuel ecomony...( in base models of all 3 cars)
- All depends on your budget if its less than 7 Lakhs then go for Santro. If your budget is more than 7 Lakhs then go for Grand i10 nios.
- It appears yoi are hell bent on worrying about petrol only and are not interested in quality cars.i10 Grande is the better one if you can afford.
- Santo and tiago r better options for manual for amt I don't have any experience
- Santro will be a good option
- Go for tiago blindfoldly

- Around 10000 per year
- Ssafe n teliable
- YES IT IS
- From the safety point, it is not the best but it is ok
- Abhay, The best car is definitely Santro new version costing around 6 lacs, if you are looking for better resale value, you may go with Wagon R new version costing same appx.
- Go for Sandro or tiago
- Mahindra xuv3oo
- The question is about can we fix the touch screen.
- I think yes
- Yes
- Good if u have tight budget but u can also look other options
- Best after market load all accessories
- She is keeping well
- 3 cylinder noisy vibrate engine
- U should opt for santro
- I think Wagon R LXi
- What's your company service engineer saying ?say after consumption of 1.5-2 litre petrol problem ?looks after heating up some contacts gets expanded and connections cut off ?normal cleaning and check personallyspark plug ?Air filter ?petrol tank cleaning ?wiring ?battery ?any fitting added recently like ?sound systemhi beam lightreversing screenhorncarburettor can be cleaned, not done actually unless personally insisted, may go precious if original gasket used for fitting ?since when ?when last service done ?were u stay ?
- Check if the battery lacks adequate batter water or terminators are not properly cleaned and having rusts.
- Hello Ranjeeta, You may check your battery connection. It get loosen after some drive. Please get it fixed ( it needs to hold the batter elements tightly). Thanks, Shadab
- Go with Hyundai.
- Go for new i10.
- I10 /Santro
- Go for Santro new version
- Go for new new i10
- Safety is not at good slots, only the performance you can have in this
- Midway

- No passenger air bag available on amt model
- I hope you are four or five members in your family, and this will be pity comfortable for you, no doubt about it.
- It is s five seatrr only for 5 medium sized adults only.
- Yes, it will be comfortable
- U should purchase a low end used car within a range of 2 lacks and drive it for 2 years or more.
- Follow down the trending and Indians favorite swift. Which is best in all.
- You may go for Maruti/Hyundai small segment cars
- New Santro Magna
- Go with Wagon R
- Santro petrol
- Both are good. For good service---SANTRO.
- Go for Santro
- Ford figo
- Same old engine as told by showroom service engineer.
- Engine is not new.
- Yeah its the same
- Get the parking sensir for your Santro, and you are good with it
- Mine is 10 yrs old santro manual transmition
- I had bought it 20 yrs backstill going strongit is perfect fmly carm
- Sportz is the most Value-For-Money variant in both MT and AMT.
- It is sufficient to a small family..good car
- Santro IS NOT a car for highways.
- Very good performance on highway
- It is absolutely good on highway
- CNG is. preferred over petrol or diesel because of economy and environment Al reasons, but Petrol or Diesel is good for engine life.
- BUDGET PLEASE and per month avg distance to be covered and usage pattern, % of city/highway use
- You may start with small segment car from Maruti, like Alto or 800.
- Depends upon your budget. In my opinion Hyundai cars are the best.
- Undoubtedly, you have selected a fine vehicle in this segment.
- Maruti cars are fuel efficient, with less warranty(kms) whereas the Hyundai cars are with good warranty(kms) and well packing material ,which gives less maintainance for a long period.
- Much better in all respects. Suzuki produce poor quality cars
- Engine is better, and technology too
- I will advise Santro over wagon r ,Santro being a stable car at high speed while the heartech technology (reducing the body weight which further adds mileage to it but at the same time having thin sheets as body) used by Maruti Suzuki these days is personally a turn down for me.
- Capacity and space is plus in Wagon R new release, and better resale and low on maintenance. Feature wise Santro is slightly more.
- Never ever buy any suzuki car except perhaps ciaz and swift
- Go for AMT model, if you are looking for advance version and new to driving
- Sport version
- Top model of petrol .
- Yes, go for new model. It has lots of features on comparison to old version
- Old model was stopped some years back.Only new model is available now
- A lot of difference features wise but, engine is same.
- Santro is far better than eon even u have to spend some more buks on Santro but it is worth the same.
- Take a test ride occupying the rear seat on rough roads and decide for yourself.
- If your budget permits go for Santro preferably top variant.
- Go for new Wagon R
- Yes
- Yes
- Swift vdi the order version if u need a used car becoz I don't personally like the heartech technology used by Maruti Suzuki these days
- Both are good but personally I feel santro is to be preferred for good quality.
- Santro, Swift only offers a wee bit more power, otherwise Santro.
- Its basically based on i10 platform wd some electrical and mechanical modifications as abs etc which are nowadays standard feature to every vehicle .
- Ride is excellent.Vibrations depend upon the quality of the road surface.
- Better on highway, it is good in city limits
- Both I mean it comes in dual mode
- Dont ever buy cng.Go for petrol
- CNG cab used in both model
- Hyundai cars lag behind Maruti Suzuki by means of milage in almost all the segments as is in case of Santro when compared to alto the former delivers on road 17km/ltr while alto delivers 20 to 22km/ltr.
- Both are same.Fuel efficiency creeps in if you drive more than 100 km per day
- My 2004 model Santro still gives me 24 km/l.
- Santro built quality,specification,ground clearance,and it's power
- Santro has a great legroom, headroom ,height and space for laguage
- Santro is definitely loaded wd power pickup and better suspension
- Choose another brand.
- Not worthy
- Well equipped with all modern features. Smooth engine and driving comfort. Best suited for family and city use.
- Nice good legroom ,nice power, good specification and at this price it also has the good build quality
- God's quality and super mailage well look
- No it is not successful this time
- Better
- No
- Decision is between hyundsi i10 and i20. Take a test drive sitting on back seat and decide. CISZ OR SWIFT ARE OTHER ALTERNATIVES.
- If u want sheer performance then go for wagon r, if u want safety go for Tiago, the santro feels underpowered
- Santro sportz for smooth engine and best quality
- Donot know
- Good built quality good smooth engine nice features AMT
- ABS-EBD, AMT, Good looking, Spacious Hatchback
- There are many, you may look into sites
- If you look into cost, go for kwid, if you look into comfort, take santro.
- Go for Santro
- Santro AMT
- Instead of asking others just go for test drive.
- Totat boot space is 235 litres
- Go for new Santro, base model will come at around 4.5 lacs and is the best in the segment.
- Don't go for Maruti Suzuki. choose a car which has better safety features.
- Alto 800, KWID
- Poor pickup
- In pick-up very poor, in mileage also very poor (13.5 kmpl)
- No problem, good for Indian road and conditions
- Go for Era. Model it has AC duct and Heater which are required for driving in winter
- Era
- Era
- I own Santro 2020 Era Manual Drive. It gives an average of 20-21 km/pl on Highway without AC and 18-19 km/pl with AC on; In City with Empty Roads it gives an average of 16-18 without AC and 14-15 km/pl with AC on;In City with Traffic on Roads, it gives an average of 13-14 km/pl without AC and 08-12 km/pl with AC on.I was shocked to see these very low average in city so i got my santro checked in Hyundai authorised workshop but they told me that everything is fine in the Car. Unfortunately i am still facing low average issue in City despite having new tyres with accurate pressure also wheel alignment is fine. There are many other issues which i am facing in Santro like its front seats are not that comfortable as compared to old Santro. Rear seat is tool much reclined. Dashboard is unnecessarily big and its steering wheel is too much protruding on the driver. My personal advice is that Swift 1200 cc is much better than Santro 1.1 although Swift is slightly costly than the Santro.:- Vikram, Delhi
- Santro is more reliable than Wagonr in my opinion. Wagonr may have more boot space but lacks many features like it has only 2 speaker system.Santro gives 12-13kmpl in city and 15-16 kmpl in highways in the AMT version.Don't know about Wagonr AMT mileage.
- Yes, the average is horrible. :( I am facing the same. Shld go with CNG or a Maruti car.
- Thanks for the reply, does Wagon R offers a stable ride?
- Santro sports AMT
- Santro
- Sabari offers air bag at the driver side but the celerio has air bag only on top end variant.Engine displacement for Sabari is 1086, while for Celerio it is 998 cc.Max power for Sabari is 69 and for Celerio it is 68 PSDisplacement for San is 1086 cc while for Celerio it is 998Torque for San is 99.04 while for Celerio it is 90 NmTyre is bigger in CelerioSteering control is there in Santro in Celerio it is not availableFolding rear seat feature is in Celerio while in San it us not thereRear air-conditioning, remote boot, mp3, AUX, USB are in Santro which are not there in Celerio.Length - Celerio is 3715, while Santro has 3610 mmWidth - Celerio 1635, Santro 1645 mmHeight - Celerio 1565, Santro 1560Performances0-100. - No doubt Santro is by far the best
- Santro sports Amt
- Hyundai Santro is much better. Ignis is u**y looking
- Go for Santro
- Santro
- Very comfortable in high speed
- Yes comfortable at high speed
- Yes
- If you are looking for space then go for Wagon R, if you are looking for performance go for Santro, if you want to fully utilized your car go for kiwid (can get it involved in commercial use). I am not saying Santro/Wagon R cannot be used in commercial purpose, but seeing recent development Kiwid is the choice after Indica, but the the limitations is space.
- I fonno a t TiagoAmong the rest santro is best
- Tata Tiago is better all rounder than the mentioned three.. but if city car is what you need then go for wagon r 1.2 ags
- You should go for Santro because the company gives more features at a very good pricing and it's engine is more refined than the tiago the quality of interior is so better than the tiago but if you want to get a good look on a car you can go for the tiago
- Santro AMT is the best option . I personally is owning a Santro GLE 2010 model and trust me . This is the best in this segment. Tiago may give you problem later
- You are right, go ahead with Santro
- Santro Maintenance cost is less in long run

- Consider maruti, alto, wagonR, celerio they offer good value for money and have abeen around for a decade and constantly small improvements have been made and fine tuned, service, they are the kings
- Out of the ones mentioned, Santro with automatic transmission is best in my opinion.
- Santro sports Amt

- Hundai amt is better than maruti Suzuki
- Santro asta amt
- The new variant is not as powerful as the old one. But it's a bit more comfy! No more differences ! Thank you.
- Sports and Asta
- Sportz
- Old Santro Was Best but new one , I don't think so , Maruti Celerio automatic is not advisable because of balancing problem , manual celerio is good , then Grand i 10 u can go for.
- Grand i10 much better no doubt
- Santro GLS
- I prefer the santro zing model over the santro nios as I feel the cabin space is reduced and height of car is also reduced.so nios is difficult to enter for older people like parents.xing model was better santro zing was only lacking the internal dashboard features like led screen panel and steering wheel controls...other wise it's a best premium car for a small family. Nios looks like santro squeezed into Maruti 800 mould heated and taken out with packed latest features...plus 1Lac extra price tag.
- You should buy a Santro if you want :Better looks, good performance, plush materials, good quality, value for money and feature loaded car, cozy interior and good after salesyou should buy a Wagon R if you want:Good Mileage, spacious interior, big boot, good resale value and Suzuki's amazing sales networkboth the cars are unsafe, for safety buy the tiagoaccording to your needs you can decide which is better
- I used santro for about 9 years, it's lil bit odd looking, but Hyundai has created powerful cars like santro no doubt about Wagonr also, as Maruti Wagonr is also a top competitor of Hyundai Santro, don't know about wagonr, but i recommend santro, moreover, compare both of these family cars and ask more people about it.
- New santro....sports AMT. I have
- Farbetter santro sports.
- I don't know about dezire. But very comfortable seating is in santro sports AMT.
- Best.Good running,smoothly running car no doubt.
- It is depends on driving and petrol purity.Average consumption is 18 I'm on State roads 19 or 20 km on high ways..It's my experience..
- In city it is 12-14 kmpl and in highways it is between 15 and 17 kmpl.
- City mileage is 15-18 highway mileage is over 20
- Not for regular use.....but occasionally no problem......At stretch I have driven for 500km through some hilly rides, not such problems faced.
- I think it is made for city areas and good for that hilly areas need good ground clearance, etc. and henceforth, I think it should not be a good choice.
- Nope not recommended
- New car is better.New santro is suitable especially AMT sports.
- Some experts say 160 and some say 165. First of all, decide yourself among them. Even if you say 200 people, they will believe you.
- Ground clearance of santro sports is 165 mm
- Ground clearance 160 mm

- Regarding what? Engine?
- No. Looking many more good cars available like go, tiago
- No it's from magna variants
- No, not available in era
- No
- CNG will have less power compared to petrol car. If you are driving the car only in city and not driving long distances, then you may go ahead and buy CNG. Buy I suggest you to go for grand, if you want Better driving experience compared to santro, even though it has less features
- I am driving New santro from past 2 months. And I am disappointed with the car, not what I expected it to be.
- Thanks for your suggestions.Could you tell me that Santro would be better choice or Celerio.wagon r..?
- After having bought and driven santro for 2 months, I advice you not to buy new santro. It still needs some refinement and improvement
- Santro. Because you have no much use
- Baleno belongs to a different class (group) of car. Any time baleno is better, but with a price
- It's depend on your use and budget. Both cars are good..
- You don't get I 10 now, you get I 10 grand in market. I 10 grand is always better, but price is higher
- Go for santro as its newly launched and has attractive featueres as compared to i10 magna

- Yes in sportz amt and magna amtvariants
- In Santro sportz u get body coloured bumpers handles. U get a couple of foglamps, infotenment system with apple car play, dual side airbags, child safety lock, mirror indicators, punchiness. But I'll suggest u to go for the sportz variant only coz it's the best nd if u want asta it's the best of all
- 7 inch touch screen infotainment system, fog lamps, body coloured door handles and ORVMs, wheels covers, turn indicators on ORVMs, and all four power windows.
- Contact the hyundai company .I have nothing to do with these enuiries
- I just filled 8.4 Kg CNG so must be 10 Kg tank
- 13 kg per cylinder (baby cylinder) and have 3 cylinders.
- Around 30 t0 35 litres
- ABS and EBD are standard across all variants
- Yes
- Only top variant
- Says model
- Yes
- For space and Practicality, its the Suzuki Baleno. For affordability and compactness, its the New Santro. Before anyone says, Baleno is a tincan, mind you Hyundai i20 got 3 star and its body shell was termed unstable by Global NCAP. So don't expect a budget Hatchback to get 3 stars or more on safety. High tensile steel is a marketing term.
- I think Baleno the best
- Hyundai santro
- In all variants as u go higher the performance comfort nd all increases The era is the base variant in which u get capless wheels, black door handles nd bumpers, no foglamps nd no infotenment. In the d-lite variant u will get tge same as the era but the door handles will be body coloured. In the magna, sports nd asta u get same features but in magna u don't get the infotenment system nd only in asta u get dual side airbags. Magna nd sports have driver side airbag only
- You should go for the Sportz variant. I think it is the most Value-For-Money variant if your budget is 6.5-7 lakhs (on-road) . And if your budget is 5.5-6.25 lakhs (on-road) then go for Magna.
- Buy sportz if want to enjoy driving...if driving is a "majboori" for you then buy era or magna...no point buying dlite.
- In the boot of the car
- Yes. But I jumped to grand i10 magna as they have discount. In Bangalore Santro era music edition . 5,51,000 Santro magna music edition - 5,91,000 Grand i10 magna new trim with added features (Oct -2018 edition with ABS - EBD + dual airbags + 3 more special features) - 6,38,000 ( after the discount of around 73,000). So better choose grand i10. I'm happy and satisfied now

- The new santro has a ground clearance of 165 mm our family has a 2007 santro and it has 164 mm of ground clearance and with even 5 people and extremely heavy luggage it tackled the worst roads our family is impressed with its capabilities the new one is even better
- The mentioned ground clearance is just like other cars, but I have done bit of offroading with this car and I face no problems
- In my city where it has the worst roads, it never had been a trouble so I guess ground clearance is too good
- Appz 5.5 lacs

- Bro i am going to give you a transparent review of my tiago.. I have problem from the dashboard sound that's so annoying...from day 2 their is a sound from dashboard, now my car is 8-9 months old and their is no solution to this prob till now. I have complained them so much time but they just gave the spoonz packing their but that's not the permanent solution. Lastly you can go for santro because Hyundai gives the interior of good quality. And in performance of the petrol version santro is better than Tiago. So the last call is yours. Thank you
- Santro is good car but i like Tiago because Tiago is loaded with features you feel safe, Strong build-up... my next buy will be Tiago XZ Plus... you go for test drive...
- It's reliability is same as the old santro and the company had made the engine very smooth strong and durable and has stand up to their promise
