Q. Does new Jazz have rear AC vent and engine upgraded?
-
Honda is about to showcase its fourth-gen iteration at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. The fourth-gen Honda Jazz shares its platform with the fifth-gen Honda City that is India-bound for early 2020. So, expect similarities between the hatchback and the sedan in terms of features. In the Indian context, the Honda Jazz should soldier on with the 1.2-litre i-VTEC and the 1.5-liter i-DTEC engine but in a BS6 form. The complete feature list is not yet shared by the brand, hence would request you to wait till the details are available. Stay tuned to ZigWheels for more updates. : By Zigwheels | 1 month ago

-

Q. I am planning to purchase an automatic petrol vehicle. I have considered many options but found Honda Jazz VX CVT, Hyundai Venue SX+ DCT, Ford Ecosport Titanium + AT as the final candidates to buy. Ford Ecosport and Hyundai Venue is going slightly on higher side and comfort at rear seats looks no good. Also DCT transmission (dry clutch) looks still in works due to issues. Please suggest which AT car to buy at point of time.
-
Jazz CVT if you have to travel around with family. There is loads of space in the back seat. Also the CVT is really good.Infact, it is one of the cars where the fuel efficiency of the automatic variant (CVT) is higher than in the manual variant.Otherwise go with the Ecosport.I bought it 1.5 years ago done 43000 kms.Pure driving pleasure and solid build and safety. You'll like it if you're a keen driver.I would pick any of these cars over the Venue :) : By Shobhit | 1 month ago

Q. Which is better - Honda Amaze VX CVT Petrol or Honda Jazz VX CVT Petrol. Is peddle shift option in both CVT models useful?
-
The automatic transmission simply adds to the Jazz’ easy-going nature. Drive with a light foot and the Jazz automatic builds up pace consistently, and more importantly, smoothly. Acceleration for the most part feels proportional to the input on the pedal. But, bear in mind, the gearbox isn’t particularly quick, in case you need to get a move on quickly. Selecting between the premium hatchback and premium sedan, would depend on your preference. Honda Amaze ticks the basics of space, drivability and efficiency just right. Could’ve done with better quality interiors and some more features, though! Moreover, we'd recommend you to take a test drive for a better experience of performance, comfort and compatibility: Honda Car Showrooms. : By Zigwheels | 1 month ago
Q. How is automatic Honda Jazz petrol in terms of performance?
-
If by performance you mean mileage then I get around 12 in city rides and close to 17 on highways. Pick up is ok though it is a wee bit underpowered for rapid overtakes. Overall it is a steady and good performer. : By Prodeep | 2 months ago
-
Good for city drive and yes above 2000 rpm it’s too good : By Kabir | 1 month ago

Q. I am planning to go for Jazz against my Fabia. What will be its petrol mileage on road? (Manual transmission). Is it better to go for diesel version? Everybody is criticising about low mileage and nonpunchy pick up. Which will be better? Kindly suggest me. I am thinking of going for a base diesel instead of top end petrol.
-
I have a petrol car it’s engine is really good and responsive. Mine is automatic variant and it gives mileage of 12 in Chennai city and I’m highways it gives 17kmpl. Diesel is good if your usage is more than 30 kilometres per day. Jazz maintainence cost is less compared to Fabia and cabin is bigger than fabia : By Kabir | 2 months ago
-
Petrol Jazz manual city mileage should be around 12 to 13 kms/L. Highways closer to 17. That's more or less my experience with a petrol Jazz automatic. Pick up is a tad bit weak but not an issue in city drives : By Prodeep | 2 months ago

Q. HOW GOOD ARE THEY OUT OF TOWN RUNNING. ARE AUTO PADDLES ARE RESPONSIVE - Jazz 2018?
-
I generally don't use the paddle shifters as the auto drive mode is very intelligent to sense your motive of gear change just with the pressure you exert on the accelerator. Although on a highway some time it's good to use the paddle shifters when you are driving in sports mode and need to accelerate suddenly to overtake, they are promptly responsive. : By Sanjay | 11 months ago

Q. Which car is good to buy Honda Jazz or Honda WRV?
-
Wrv petrol is a failure for all terrain roads. In highways you will feel lack of pickup when required for overtaking and in hilly terrain once you stop the vehicle while climbing uphill, it will be difficult to move up without pulling the hand brake to wait and get the engine to develop sufficient rpm. May roll back and be careful. Actually the vehicle should have been equipped with 1500 cc engine. : By Raghu | 8 months ago
-
Jazz is proven car of Honda. The WRV is CRV Jazz Version, height with R16 Tyres better on highway rides, roof opening , more boot space , extra features so more weight would be given to WRV . : By Devang | 4 months ago
-
Both are equally good, depends on your taste and need : By Lalit | 2 months ago

Q. Which is better Elite i20 or jazz?
-
As it happens a friend of mine purchased an i20 around the same time I got my Jazz. The i20 has seen significant problems and degradation. Not the Jazz. For a proven non-snazzy (funny eh? The Jazz is not Jazzy at all!) petrol engine car the Jazz beats the i20. : By Prodeep | 5 months ago
-
Would you like to buy a car that others like or a car that you like? Test drive both under varying conditions and see which you like and buy that. Both are good cars have their following. I preferred the Jazz over the Baleno and i20. : By Maninder | 1 year ago
-
Engine performance is pretty much the same, jazz has the advantage of cabin space, whereas i20 has the advantage of features, it's more of a personal prospective. bottom line is , you can't go wrong with either. : By Mustaqeem | 11 months ago
