About Force One
An affordable and butch Force One SUV retails in the Indian market in the price range of Rs
9.59-14.34 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The styling of Force One is masculine and its
generous dimensions put it into the league of high-end SUVs like Ford Endeavour and
Toyota Fortuner. Force One is available in both 6- and 7-seat configuration and although
interiors don’t boast best-in- class quality, they are good enough to justify their price tag.
Under the high set bonnet, the Force One comes powered by a 2.2-liter turbocharged diesel
engine pushing out 139 bhp along with 321 Nm of max torque, mated to a 5-speed manual
transmission. The drive layout uses arear-wheel architecture with acclaimed 16 kmpl mileage
and a top speed of 160 kmph. In the Indian market, the Force One SUV is pitted against the
likes of Mahindra Scorpio and XUV 5OO, Tata Hexa, Jeep Compass, and Hyundai Creta
among others.
