• Q. Which variant of RTR 160 4v is better fi or the carburetor?

    I love carburettor variant because we can tune the carburettor.. and low maintanence and if there's a problem in fuel injection you can't modify you have to buy a new fi system which is costly... there is no such a big difference in mileage is rarely 2-4 km and i don't think it's a big deal

    See obviously fi varient is better..but if you ride on long routes then i will suggest you to opt for the carburettor varient because if in any case your bike brokes down then the carburettor engine can be repaired by anyone... on the other hand the fi engine is a bit more complex to repair.

    Performance wise, FI is better because FI version produces more power and milage Maintenance wise carburetor is better as FI technology is new many mechanics are not aware of the way around the engine and parts are costlier, but this will change in the near future I hope.
