TVS Apache RTR 160 doesn’t feel as confident under hard braking as the Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 or the Honda Hornet. That said, the Apache RTR 160 4V is not only the most refined RTR we have ridden till date but also one of the most refined 160cc motorcycles to be ever produced in India. On the other hand, in the form of the CB Hornet 160R, Honda now has a competitive offering in the premium 160cc motorcycle segment. It looks the part with its sporty styling and chiselled lines. Performance of the motorcycle is also admirable with respect to its rivals and it offers decent fuel efficiency as well. It seems that Honda have got it right the third time around.

As per mileage- Honda CB Hornet, Maintenance- Honda CB Hornet and Engine- Honda CB Hornet. Which bike is better is not a good question to ask. Because every rider has their own tastes in riding. Some want smooth and safe, some needs Fast engine, some wants to impress girls with the looks of Bike. So buy as per your choice and budget and purpose.

Both are good at their refinement of engine. But i will suggest to go for CB Hornet as honda is about reliability . RTR 160 4V is new in market so it have some issues which will be fixed further. But Apache has the racing DNA

Go for hornet 160 ABS with good mileage with low maintenance cost. I have hornet and it's near about 33000 km within 33months.

I own hornet but it seems hornet gets a bad exhaust sound after rough use . But apache engine is much harder . Engine smoothness in hornet is better than apache

I think Hornet will deliver best mileage. Mileage depends on so many parameters like road conditions, gear change, speed, break, condition of air filter, tunning etc.

Between 4V and hornet, 4V is gives better power output. But for mileage hornet is better..but there aren't much mileage differences between them

Hornet will definitely be better when it comes to fuel economyAlthough the fuel economy drops drastically when riding spiritedly
