Firstly, the character of both bikes are different from each other.. The DUKE 200 is high revving motor and has hell lot of power and concentrated at low end you end up falling and loving instantly, but the problem is as it was concentrated at low end there is no power left at topend and struggles to stay at triple digits speed and to cruise but in city you'll have hell lot of fun. The quality is good & maintenance is on higher side compared to RS 200..When comes to RS200 it is butter smooth and power delivery is linear and topend is high compared to duke 200 because of it's long gear ratios and when comes to quality the panels and plastics of RS200 isn't that great they vibrate a lot and endup rattling after few days and The maintenance is on cheaper side and costs half the duke 200 maintenance.

Duke 200, if your budget permits. Duke is a track oriented performance bike. It will Beat the pulsar and other segment bikes in 200 Cc easily. Duke has better output in power and torque than the RS.

If you want quick acceleration, much lighter weight , looks and want to do stunts then go for duke . But if you want sports bike like feel , good mileage of around 32 -35 kmpl , better top speed of 155kmph , soothing sound , ABS and all this at less price then Go for RS200 . I own RS200 now for 3 years . No problem at all .
