Nitrogen is better and now its available for free at many places... Nitrogen keeps tyres cool... its best to travel long distance with nitrogen in tyres... keeps it healthy. If you want, after a long run on bike try n touch your tyres, if its nitrogen your tyres will be cool despite long run and if air it will be wam to hot depending on travel distance.

Nitrogen if it is available in your area. Its properties - it gives a cooling effect to the tyres which tirelessly rotate at high speeds creating high degree of friction between it and the tar/ concrete roads.
