Hands down Duke 390.Interceptor is 650cc and you are barely able to let loose the throttle to understand the bike completely. RE doesn't have initial pick up but once it hits the mid range then it really goes like a bullet, but only when you are on a highway. For city and highway D390 is the perfect bike.

This is an apple and orange comparison.First decide what kind of a rider are you ?Are you someone who loves to cruise on the highway feeling the cool breeze, ride into the sunset ?Or do you just love to redline the engine like a maniac and scrape those knee pads demolishing some corners ?

I think if you need performance faster bike then go for Duke 390 its most powerfull bike in 400cc bike segment.But if you are a tourer then go for Enfield i think this is best bike for touring. But the duke 390 is also okay for the traveler.

As per me it will always be Duke 390. Best value for money, riding quality, maintenance and daily use. also there is a huge difference in weight as well. RE is around 215 kg where as Duke will range from 149 kg to 170 Kg max

Duke 390. Interceptor have minor issues also it's new so i guess you should wait for an year. Duke 390 is easy to maneuver in comparison of interceptor n can take city a bit better than interceptor for sure

If you need more power and if you need to fell it you can go to Duke 390 or if need to travel if leisure rides you can go to interceptor

Both bikes are of different platforms and both are very good in there segment. I would have gone for Interceptor 650 but I will suggest you to go and take test ride of both the bike and than decide

Those are two segment that's your choice to select which you like.If you are a power freak go for 390 if you need to have sit relaxed and cruise go for interceptor
