    Hi Kiran you can compare both bikes specification on the net and decide by your self. For me Hero Passion Pro 110 CC is more value able compare to Shine or Shine SP. If you are speed lover then go for the Shine SP as it has 5 transmission. If you are looking for a budget (in sense of price and fuel consumption) bike go for Passion Pro 110CC. Shine gives you around 60-65 KMPL before 1 service as you have to ride it under 40 to 50 KMPH speed. Passion gives you 70-75 KMPL before 1st service. After second or third service you will feel the change in ride and you can drive upto 92 KMPH speed. This will gives you around 50-60 KMPL average. The choice is yours.
