  • Q. Is this suitable for long drive? What about its Pickup - FZS V3?

It is not suitable for long drive. Seats are comfortable for city riding only. For long ride seats arent comfortable. Engine is not oil cooled so engine will get heated up for long distances.Initial pickup is good. But on higher rpm its flat.

I am very happy with the comfort of FZ S FI V3, Milage 48-50 KM/ltr, till the speed of 80/hr. after that millage depends over driving. seats are gud, very less vibrations, trust of Yamaha. One major thing to notice is to check carefully each and every part before purchasing.

Cons- less power, low pickup, low torque, high beam not good, no kick, fiber bodyPros- best handling, nice balance, most comfortable and if you buy an abs version I bet you would be able to control the bike in worst to worst situation.Best tyres, smooth engine, wide n comfortable seat

  • Q. I bought the FZS V3 2019 2 weeks ago. Initial 2 days I felt the engine is smooth. But as the days went on I am not at all happy with the performance. I feel Harder engine, Hard Engine sound, No Pickup. Is this the common issue before 1st service or anything problem in engine. Also couple of times lets say for some 4 kms in 2 weeks I might have taken it till 57 Kmph. But not continuously or intentionally. But I am 99% of the time within 40kmph & less than 4000 Rpm. Will the performance and engine sound be rectified after 1st service?

Even i bought fz v3 in may 2019.bike is fantastic.same problem of engine heating and roughness.but thats not a issue at all.Just change the engine oil immediately to motul 3100 20w50 u see immediate change .drive it for 500kms and then do ur first service and use motul 5100 15w50 semi synthetic.it will do wonders.its all because of yamaha l**e oil its a c**p .

  • Q. I am confused between Pulsur NS200, FZ S Fi V3 and Apache RTR 200 what should I buy for good performance good mileage with good breaking system and comfort?
    Mohsin
    Mohsin | 5 months ago

Pulsar and apache have an edge over fzs v3 when it comes to power as both are 200cc whereas the fzs is a 150 cc bike. When it comes to handling and mileage, I would recommend the fzs v3. And since it comes with abs.. Amazing breaking system is guaranteed

  • Q. Which is better, Pulsar 220 2019 and FZ-S Fi for race or pick up?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 7 months ago

The Bajaj Pulsar 200F 2019 and Yamaha FZ-S FI both the bikes have a very different layout. The Pulsar 200F is powered by 220 cc 4-Stroke, 2-Valve, Twin Spark DTS-i Engine that churns out 20.93 PS @ 8500 rpm of power whereas Yamaha FZ-S FI is powered by 149cc 4 Stroke, 2-Valve, SOHC that pull out 13.2 PS @8000 rpm power. If compared on the basis of the top speed the Pulsar 200F 2019 reaches 136 Kmph*(MAX) whereas Yamaha FZ-S FI reaches out 107 Kmph*(MAX). The acceleration is better on Pulsar 200F 2019, all thanks to 220 cc motor. Moreover, do take the test ride for both the bikes to pick the one that matches your needs and requirements.
