CB 150 CC, best and always. Infact that is the reason Honda itself started to re-produce CB 150 cc. 160 cc not as good as 150 cc in all terms.

  • Q. I have 3 questions.1) What is the mileage in city2) Does it vibrate at higher speeds around 80 km/hr3) Is it suitable for long rides around 250 to 300 km( How comfortable it is for long rides) - CB Unicorn 150?

1)In city the average mileage I am getting varies between 47-55km driven @ not more than 50km/h. 2) In highways if u accelerate linearly and maintain steady 70-75km/h u will get 50-52km.3)while riding @ more than 65km/h there is vibration but negligible, only above 85km/h u will get vibration feeling.4) regarding comfort it is very good no back pain at all..one suggestion is get some 10min rest every 75min(1hr 15min), then u will be good.5) my experience is I drive 200km from my home to Chennai and I fuel it for 300₹. After I reach Chennai I still have fuel left to drive for 30km more and i always maintain 60-80km/h constantly, mostly 70-75km/h. Comfort is Excellent and the bike is stable even on extreme wind. Take a break for every 75min u will be on comfort side.

  • Q. Which bike is perfect for suspension and mileage, CB Unicorn or CB Shine?

    Santosh | 8 months ago

CB Unicorn 150 would be the best for your need, considering mileage as well. I am a user of this bike, if your speed is between 40 to 50, it is sure you will get 50 KMPL as mileage. Tested and dusted.

  • Q. How is it in terms of Mileage, Engine performance, Tire - CB Unicorn 150?

Hi, Unicorn 150cc has a very low and minimum maintenance as compared to many other bikes under same range. Its sure to be in top condition atleast for 4-5 years if given time to time basic Maintenance service. On an average, on Highway, CB Unicorn 150cc runs 40 to 50 Km/L In city though it still give a mileage of 35-40Km/LCompany fitted Tyres are great, gives nice road grip and having Mono shocks, it has amazing capacity for tight cornering and super comfort to the Rider, the sitting position is also very comfortable for riding long distances without breaking a sweat. The weight of CB Unicorn 150 is such that it gives tremendous control even at high speed and doesnt loose road traction.I as a normal service going guy m happy buying CB unicorn 150 as it fits my Budget and Honda is gifted with talented people making super silent Engines. Unlike any other bikes in this range quality of this bike is way better.I travel approx 150Kms twice a week (Mostly in weekends) and this bike runs like a Charm... All I need to focus is to check my wear and tear of the tyres at regular intervals.I plan on buying any other bike by Honda.Be it bike or car Honda is my Favourite.Hope above info helps! Thanks.

Maintenance free bike it is. I am using it from Lat 4 years it cost me not more than 30k in 4 years. Min 3 months servcing cost around 1000. Mileage is around 40 kmpl on City. Still best in this segment. It has solid grip on road. Since its weight, it is very stable. But now more stable bikes are available in Market. Unicorn is outdated now. Strong bike.

For 100 km daily drive please go for Royal Enfield models. While the suspension in Unicorn is good at its segment but definitely the suspension in Royal Enfield offers you more riding comfort for such long trips.

  • Q. Is Honda CB Unicorn 150 good for bad city roads (Bangalore)? I would be using it for max 40 Kms per day in bad roads, will it be suitable for this? No long rides at all.

Any model of unicorn bike is good for city commuting irrespective of road conditions. Compared with other bikes, Unicorn suspension system is a top notch. You don't feel tired or complain about back pain even if you go for a long ride. I recently bought a yamaha Fz S but still prefer my Honda unicorn for long rides.

Honda unicorn 150 or Xbalde have good mileage and better suspension compare to Gixxer . even it's upto U. because mileage is 50-55 average on both Honda unicorn/Xblade and Gixxer but suspension is for more better in Honda compare to Suzuki. TVs Apache give you mileage around 45 max if u drive gentle.

  • Q. How Mono suspention is usefull - CB Unicorn 150?
    Vishwanath
    Vishwanath | 4 months ago

Mono (meaning single) Suspension is a technology which has existed for high-end vehicles including Formula racing vehicles. The suspension centrally displaces the jerks and has proved to be boon for long rides where the riders seldom get back pain arising from the bumps and jerks the vehicle faces on its task of taking the rider to its destination.

Mono suspension by default is proved to be a game changer for long rides where a rider seldom gets a back problem as the suspension displaces the jerks and bumpy rides to bare minimum levels thereby giving a comfortable ride to the biker

  • Q. Which is the best and comfortable bike? Avenger street 220 or else Honda unicorn 150? Not worried about price ,mainly looking driving comfort and road grip.
    Vishwanath
    Vishwanath | 8 months ago

Avenger is a different creed with a different riding position. Unicorn has given an outstanding performance and is justifiably not phased out by Honda only arising from consistent demand with hardly any added feature. Suggest you try out both and take a decision based on your comfort...
