Hero's highly successful Passion range gets a new, powerful 110cc engine in the XPro. The bike comes loaded with features which are rare in this segment like maintenance-free battery, tubeless tyres, digital instrumentation, etc. With the XPro, Hero has brought style and more features to the commuter segment. The 2018 Passion XPro is sportier now owing to a sharper fuel tank with a flush fuel lid, dynamic shrouds, sporty real cowl, and dual-tone mirrors. New colour schemes feature five dual-tone colours including Sports red with black, black with Sports red, black with Techno blue, black with heavy grey, and Force silver with black. Other noteworthy features include an Automatic Headlamp On (AHO), LED tail light, and a digital-analogue instrument console which includes a digital fuel gauge, side-stand indicator and an odometer. It is a great combination of features and performance and has the ammunition to take on Honda's Dream.

  • Q. How is the performance of Passion XPro and overall report?

    Zigwheels | 4 months ago

The extra performance available on this larger motor, as compared to the pair of Passions. The 110cc motor is one of the finest performance bikes available in the market. Moreover, if the mileage is considered, the Passion Xpro provides an ARAI certified mileage of 60 km/l. Moreover, we would recommend you to take a test ride at the nearest dealership of the bike so that you may get acquainted with the comfort, ride quality and performance of the bike.

  • Q. I am planning to Hero Passion Xpro. Can I go for it. Re there any complaints?

After using this bike for 6 months, i feel not so happy about the performance and service. I received a bike that had bent fork. Initially, i thought it's the handle that is bent. After many visits to service station they replaced the handle bar. But the problem continued to exist. Other than that the mileage has dropped to 50kmpl. I suggest you better buy a 150/160cc bike as it gives same mileage and much better performance.

  • Q. Is this a good bike for long term run - Passion XPro?

Hero's highly successful Passion range gets a new, powerful 110cc engine in the XPro. The bike comes loaded with features which are rare in this segment like maintenance-free battery, tubeless tyres, digital instrumentation, etc. With the XPro, Hero has brought style and more features to the commuter segment. Unlike the current Passion Pro’s engine which displaces 97.2cc, the new powerplant displaces 109.1cc and has been borrowed from the Hero iSmart 110. It delivers 9.4PS of power and 9Nm of torque. Power is up by 1PS and torque is up by 0.95Nm. The new engine features Hero’s i3S technology which should improve fuel efficiency. The suspension has been set up on the firmer side though ride quality isn’t harsh. The new double-downtube cradle chassis feels planted and tackles bumps and undulations well even in corners. The optional 240mm front disc brake offers plenty of bite. If you often ride on highways, you may have a look at the Bajaj Discover 110, it comes across as a strong value proposition as it gets features like LED DRLs and a semi-digital instrument console, which is impressive at this price point. From a commuter standpoint, it does feel refined and offers a bit more pep to better tackle the city and an extra gear gives better performance at highways in its segment.

  • Q. I want to upsize my rear tyre from 90*90*18 to 100*90*18 to my Passion XPro. Will it affect on the performance. Please suggest.

You may certainly upgrade the bike's rear tyre from standard ones to one size up and there won't be such performance issues. However, you might feel a little lag in the power delivery but the upsized tyre provides better handling. For more information, we'd recommend connecting with the nearest authorized service centre.
