    You seem to be confused between ABS and dual disc....ABS is a system to prevent the disc brakes from locking abruptly and causing a skid...buy dual disc brake bike with ABS technology on both discs.... much safer during tricky road conditions.. but you pay more for it ..

    You should buy it with ABS because it is good for you own sake when ever needed it prevents from having injuries and and the amount for per service is 3000-4000 depending on the kilometres it has run if it has problem then it can be more than that.

    No difference in service cost between singe & Dual ABS. Dual ABS is best choice.
