Suzuki Burgman Street is powered by a 124 cc air-cooled, single cylinder, 4-Stroke, 2-Valve, SOHC engine generating power of 8.7 PS with the claimed fuel efficiency of 53.5 km/l whereas, Vespa Notte 125 gets it power by a 125 cc air-cooled, single cylinder, 4-Stroke, 3-Valve engine which produces 10.5 PS of power with ARAI claimed mileage of 60 km/l. In terms of safety, both scooters are good but Burgman Street is the one equipped with front disc brakes. Also, you get good under seat storage and better ground clearance with the Suzuki's scooter.

Yes, Notte is better than fascino in style and comfort. In terms of mileage fascino is little better than notte (roughly) around 5 to 10kms different.

The Vespa Notte 125 is ideal for enthusiasts who appreciate Vespa’s legacy and design. Being the most affordable in Vespa’s portfolio, it can attract a lot more buyers into the retro-premium scooter segment. It's ARAI claimed mileage is 60kmpl. On the other hand, Suzuki has revamped the Access and by the looks of it it looks quite good. It now comes with SEP technology, alloy wheels, an optional front disc and with ride quality as its main focus. The Access is a complete package and should help Suzuki make up lost ground despite the competition being rather stiff in the segment and has a claimed fuel efficiency of 64kmpl. Do take a test ride in order to judge your riding comfort.

  • Q. Should I buy this for daily use in city and highway both - Notte 125?

    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

Probably not the fastest road transport, but reliable, cheap to operate and easy to handle. This scooter employs the same 125cc three-valve engine that’s good for 10.6PS of power and 10.6Nm of torque. The scooter is suspended on a bottom link front suspension and a single rear shock absorber. Although, you can also keep an eye on TVS NTorq, Aprilia SR 125 as they are also good scooters for both city and highway riding. Do take a test ride in order to judge your riding comfort
