It's been 10 months.I purchased it last year in dec battery was bad but when i went to service centre they gave me a a letter to give it to exide house and they gona provide me new battery.I took me around 6 hours but issue got resolved in one go.Overall going well good performance.I have also replaced the rear shock absorber with a tvs one for better performance but i totally depands on personal preferences.I have completed 10000 km in just 10 months i mean its alot.I have done few long trips like 200 to 250 km trip.It never let me down.
Very bad experience, I never suggest this vehicle very poor mileage and customer care and the biggest problem is service center there is very few service center available and local mechanic not even touching saying don't know this scotty, I am from telangana and only very few service center available in entire telangana, I request to suzuki company to increase the service center in across state.
The odometer keeps going off, Have to take it to service centre for repair.In one year almost 15 trips to service centre for the same issue.Even the service people don't know how to fix it.Company's response is also pathetic.Unsatisfactory response to resolving the issue.I love my scooty but after the nuisance i have to go through every third month.I loathe the suzuki bikes.I haven't been able to calculate the mileage after 1 year cuz the odometer stops working before the tank empties.
Much lower than that of expectations from a scooter.I will never recommend this bike to any one.After sales service is also very very poor.
