The matte black colour look good but needs a little more care than other colours. Matte colour need a special polish don't use the normal bike polish on Matte colour. And when the bike is dirty in mud it look really bad.. but when you wash it it will look more beautiful than other colours.

Daily commute and occasionally long drive (600 km , Leh laddakh etc) which will be best for me? I am a 25 year boy with avg physique and 5.8' height.

Commuting purpose I guess FZ 25 comes first because of it's better torque and also it's a good tourer and it also looks hot🔥. If you're badly concerned about safety then go for ABS variant in RTR 200 4V Race Edition it's also a good city bike after FZ 25. My suggestion is not to go for FZ S unless budget matters to you.

That completely depends on you. I chose FZ 25 above NS200 just because of its headlight & muscular look.

Mostly yes it will launch in 2019, but the bike to watch in 2019 is yamaha MT-15. Which will have better mileage and a 6 gear box engine.

  • Q. Will there be any problem due to Non-Abs in bike at the time of reselling after 2 or 3 years as ABS is going to be mandatory ? How is the performance of breaking without ABS - FZ 25?

We can't give any verdict here for resale value, as it will depend on several factors like age, km driven, how the bike is maintained. So, we would suggest you to get in touch with the authorized dealership for better clarification . If we talk about braking, it is via a 282mm front disc and 220mm rear disc. While ABS is missing, the brakes deliver good feedback, have good bite and feel progressive. Despite the non-ABS assist, braking time was good. During brake tests, the FZ25 came to a standstill from 80kmph in 3.61 seconds, covering a distance of 30.02 metres. The 60-0kmph times were 2.89 seconds, covering a distance of 15.85 metres. While braking times are on par with some 200cc bikes we have tested, braking distances are significantly shorter.

ABS version is not available in india yet. But if it does it may cost 10,000 - 15000 extra as compared to the actual version.

The Yamaha FZ 25 ABS is quick to build speeds as it gets the linear torque curve by the Yamaha designed 250cc engine. It makes an amazing commuter with its perfect riding ergonomics and strong stance with great handling capabilities. It is truly a fun-to-ride commuter. It felt nimble and surefooted around corners which makes it perfect for the city. The bike weight is balanced which helps to zip through the heavy traffic. When it comes to the control of the bike the dual channel ABS works perfectly to grip and control the bike during special conditions like the rainy season with wet roads the bike still manages to keep itself on the road. The bike has a manageable maintenance cost which makes it a perfect choice to pick. Moreover, We would recommend you to take a test ride of this bike so that you may get a clarified perspective regarding each and every aspect of the bike.Click here for the Dealership: https://www.zigwheels.com/bikes/dealers/Yamaha
