  • Q. I want to know if Bajaj Avenger Street 160 gets slipped on pressing both the brakes? I want to purchase this bike, but some people say that the bike gets out of control if both the brakes are pressed. I also want to know which bike is the best for use?

There are always chances of a bike getting out of control due to extensive braking, however, Bajaj Avenger Street 160 comes equipped with single-channel ABS which adds to the safety of the bike and prevents it from skidding to an extent. That said, the rear continues to use a drum unit, and there’s a sensor ring at the rear as well. Moreover, we'd recommend taking a test ride of the bike in order to get acquainted with the performance and compatibility. lick on the following link for dealership details and select your city accordingly - Bajaj Bike Showrooms

  • Q. Is Bajaj Avenger Street 160 good for back pain?
    Indra
    Indra | 2 weeks ago

@ Zigwheels | Bajaj Avenger Street 160 features a lower saddle height of 730 mm and a comfortable long seat which enables easy city rides and a resting seating stance. Also, the bike has a kerb weight of just 150 kg which also makes the bike easy to handle. Moreover, we'd recommend taking a test ride of the bike for a better insight into the comfort, handling and compatibility. Follow the link and select your city accordingly for the dealership details - Bajaj Bike Showrooms

Definitely no if you have lower back pain. Reasons:1. The riding posture is not suitable for bad roads. Each and every bump will send shocks to your lower back as you have only your back to support the entire weight of the body. In other taller bikes, you can slightly get up using foot peg and avoid hurting your spine when you cross a bump or a pothole.2. It has less rear suspension travel, smaller rear wheel that will still worse the situation. Please have a long test ride in your frequently travelling route and then decide.

Now I am confused between Avenger 160 and Unicorn 150 because both provide very good comfort and decent mileage. Kindly suggest me a bike among these 2 or any other bike within Rs. 1 lakh.
