    I'm too 5.3ft but i can manage the bike, only thing that bothers is taking it reverse in traffic conditions and other thing is parking, il recommend you to buy if your ready to manage. Wear high heels shoes is all what I do. 🙂

    Not the best height because the RS200 is very heavy. But you can drive it just fine. You would struggle at first, until you got used to it.

    Don't go for it as you will have issues in handling the bike in city and sometimes if any sudden mistake happens then you can hurt yourself badly.
